Looked up Tamiflu. It works only on the flu. It does not work on a bacterial infection. So why was Anna receiving this drug?

It was mentioned that Anna might have shared the flu with Howard. Okay...The flu IS one of those "sharing" things. Everyone would have been exposed including KE. And she was traveling besides??

Wonder what kind of history this drug has as far as adverse effects. I think they said it was on her nightstand but she had no pills in her system.

Wait a minute...you're right about, why was she receiving the tamiflu...BUT...I'm probably slow in my connecting of dots here, but Perper said she died from the combination of ALL those drugs, right? And weren't most of them in pill form? If she didn't have any pills in her stomach that day, then she only died from whatever was liquid? Doesn't that eliminate all the script drugs except CH? If so, then it wasn't the 'combination'.

Maybe the Tamiflu was just a cover to show that they were trying to help her, not hurt her, because they thought she had the flu.

And as far as Howard having the flu prior to her, Moe would know the answer to that. I don't believe it to be true.

Taking TAMIFLU with Other Medications

TAMIFLU has been shown to have a minimal chance of negatively interacting with other medications. Your doctor or healthcare professional may recommend taking over-the-counter medications to reduce severity of symptoms while the antiviral action of TAMIFLU takes effect on the flu virus. As with any medication, be sure to discuss with your doctor any over-the-counter or prescription medicines you are currently taking before beginning TAMIFLU therapy. An intranasal flu vaccine should not be given within 2 weeks before or 48 hours after taking TAMIFLU, unless it is deemed appropriate by your doctor.
