Very good...I agree and that's what Greta is trying to squeeze out of Perper...that he isn't/wasn't just a little suspicious?? that he didn't ask the police to investigate further?? I believe he does have that power.
Wasn't the cherries and junk mentioned by him??? but he never mentions KE...Or did he?? She was a pretty sick girl on Monday and Tuesday AND Wednesdy (dry tub day.)
Remember, the ice bath was Moe's GRANDMA'S REMEDY according to his early statement and I don't think he mentioned even KE being present.
I'm sure Moe and Taz have figured it out. I think they were a couple of people that Howard simply couldn't/wouldn't get rid of because she weighed 178 pounds and Howard is a woosh. Howard didn't even jump in the the pool for her...He called Moe!!
Bet that's why they jumped in the water on shore. Howard can't swim and is afraid of water. (Maybe that's the key to his past?)

Dr Perper was completely unbelievable and unprofessional on GVS last night.
For someone who was previously concerned with maintaining ANS's dignity-he demeans her by calling her The Queen.
His explanation that no one could have removed evidence from the room because medics and hotel people were there- defies credulity.
The medics were in the midst of a code-not checking the multi room suite and closets.
Perper's complete reliance on those most vulnerable to malpractice and negligence suits for his documentation on her state of mind and behavior is ludicrous.
He contradicts himself in his own autopsy report.
I find it absolutely amazing that Perper is untroubled by the prescription orgy conducted by Dr Erosevich.
Perper believed that the only person who gave ANS drugs-was ANS.
The medical team and her lawyer have obviously run as far away from being the drug givers as they can.
Perper is untroubled by a patient deciding her own dosage and frequency of very potent and volatile medications-while an RN, an MD ,an EMT and a lawyer sit by and watch.
Many of the meds that ANS was " giving to herself " cause cognitive dysfunction and memory problems.
Page 16 of the Autopsy Report- Perper believed ANS was of sound mind and any speculation that she was cognitively impaired is "mere speculation and does not hold up to scientific scrutiny."
What a ridiculous statement.
Yet-On Page 6 of his report, Dr Perper notes that ANS was " observed naked and sitting confused in a dry bathtub."
This was the same day that she apparently had no urine output and had a pungent odor.
This should have rung some bells in the medical teams heads and she should have been taken to the hospital.
Perper states on page 14 that ANS could not have been force fed the Chloral Hydrate or had it slipped in her drink-because of it's bad taste.
But, on page 16 Perper notes that ANS drank the Chloral Hydrate straight out of the bottle on multiple occasions, so determining her exact dosage was impossible.
The taste obviously did not bother her.
And again-the medical crew and her lawyer sat and watched.
On Page 15 Perper says that ANS was probably not aware that the the voluminous amounts of drugs would interact and kill her when she was sick.
Why should she worry ?
Her medical team and lover boy weren't worried.
I'm not sure how Perper believes a woman zonked out on drugs,fighting an infection and who he states was confused the day before her death, would understand the pharmacological mechanics of Dr Erosevich's prescriptions.
