Bob Mackey(sp) atty on Fox - made comments about circumstantial evidence in ANS' death - had more support for a wrongful death suit by Virgie or Larry on behalf of DL.

I really believe O'Quinn is making preparations for a wrongful death suit against Stern and Erosevich. His comments on TV demand it. Otherwise he is putting himself out there for slander - which is another way to get Stern in court under oath and then file a counter-suit.

Seems a bit complex, but there has been nothing simple about this saga so far.
