Not just the "coincidence" of their deaths but the "pattern" involved. Remember, KE flew to California shortly before each death. In fact, she saw Daniel in California before he left for the Bahamas.

Why did KE call to check on Anna TWICE after she arrived in California including the morning Anna died. Either she was okay or not.
