I think Howard's attorney has been informed and tried to make some type of "deal" based on what he knows.
I think he was told enough to drive him to schedule that 3:00 "speech". I don't think it's going to be an off the cuff speech.
Sacajaweau, I'm just speculating, but I'm not sure that someone who would be expecting an imminent arrest would be scheduling a press conference. Only a man that can be convicted of "bad choices" in the court of public opinion and walking free would be scheduling a press conference. I anticipate a crocodile tear stained mea culpa (sp?). Personally, I like to see him spend some time in prison for 2 murders and kidnapping.
