Yes - one of her guest attorneys was saying whoever leaked this report - if accurate - needs to be prosecuted.....
Well I won't on duty here past 10:00 PM ET because my Tar Heels are playing in the NCAA BBall tourney tonight....gotta focus on pulling them through what looks to be a very tough game......

LOS ANGELES - Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband provided a DNA sample Friday in the ongoing dispute about the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith's infant daughter, and said he wanted to raise the child if he was the father. Frederic von Anhalt said he's "almost sure" the test will prove he's the father of 6-month-old Dannielynn. He says he carried on a decades-long affair with the former Playboy Playmate of the Year.
"I'm almost sure the baby's mine, almost sure," von Anhalt, 59, said after having a cotton swab brushed along the inside of his mouth. He added he hopes to gain custody as soon as possible.
"Oh yeah, if it's my baby, it belongs in my home," von Anhalt said. "I'm going to take good care of it. I will be a good father."
A judge in the Bahamas on Tuesday ordered a DNA test on the girl at the request of Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead, who has also claimed paternity. Howard K. Stern, Smith's companion, is listed as the father on the baby's birth certificate.
Immediately after von Anhalt gave his sample at the Identigene Lab, his lawyer, Edward Lee, called on Stern, to do the same. Stern's lawyer, James Neavitt, did not immediately return a call for comment.
I will have to find it, but I remember reading that after HKS graduated from law school he either opened a practice or joined a practice with another lawyer and he met Vicky Lynn when she went to that firm to represent her when she was trying to begin her modeling career in CA. Now, question is - was he around for the GUESS? jeans contract which is how she made a name for herself - so that she felt she could then marry Marshall? (Also was when the name Anna Nicole was coined for her.) She claimed HM had asked her to marry her back in 1991, as she later stated in interviews with both Larry King and Greta, and she also stated in those interviews that she didn't marry HM for two years because she first wanted to make a name for herself. Or - did HKS come into the picture a little later and was it while she was married to HM, but living in CA house HM bought for her? Also, know that HSK lifted "confidential" document on Pierce Marshall from the table during case in Texas between PM and ANS, which HKS was admonished for by the judge in that case. That document was presented to bankruptcy court in CA, and was the pivotal document in her bankruptcy case. The decision in her favor allowing for the bankruptcy to go through in CA, besides opening the door for her to go back and sue again for half of the estate (and later appeal to supreme court), relieved her from having to pay the $850,000 judgement that was awarded the nanny that sued her in the sexual harassment case she brought against ANS. So seems like it had to be latest 1994. (Will try to find it again.)
100% said HKS is guilty? Very good! So where are the HKS backers? All in certain communities or what?
Someone said on NG tonight that if this "leaked" report is true- there should be criminal charges filed. He didn't elaborate.
At the least it should be negligent homicide charges against KE, HKS, and perhaps Moe and Taz. And maybe against Brigitte. Moe, Taz, KE, Brigitte because they are all health professionals and HKS because he was the drug pusher.
Yes it's a court case that will go on and on like the OJ trial....but there is grounds IMHO....As NG said - all these people just watched Anna die and did nothing to get her to needed medical care.....

I have been saying this ever since Perper came on the scene. I think he is/was in cahoots w/Seidlen and Millstein, and they are/were protecting Howard Stern. I don't trust Perper any further than I can throw him, which wouldn't be far. He will commit the sin of omission, by not stating the other drugs found in ANS's body tissue, only the drugs ingested. Wait and see.
Did you hear about our local case about arsenic being fed over time to a husband by a wife who works at local pharmaceutical company? wife is now in jail. Her boyfriend committed suicide.
