That was odd that she just "shook" off the near drowning incident (if true).
I thought maybe her pnemonia could have come from that but in reading here seems the pnemonia was an earlier health issue.
Then one of the last pics of her with her son was on what looks like a body of water on a floatatin device as they had life jackets on.
Amazing how the Howard giving here meds spin is coming out that he had to do so because she couldn't be trusted to not abuse her dose levels.
Kinda seems he is painting her (no clown pun intended) as a person with a childs mentality and ability of a child to make decisions for her own well being.
Like leaving a 5yr old unattended with adult choices.
Having spent most of my life knowing spec. needs kids w/careproviders even with learning disabilities that are severe they have had great behavioral training so as to have some independance like taking the city bus to their job or an adult supervised workshop job.
So if HKS is going to try and paint a picture of a mentally disabled Anna he will not fool me.
He could get away with saying she didn't use wise adult choices/reckless ones and that is her right however wrong it is.
Wild woman yes, learning disabled with a childs level of maturity no. Be interesting to see how he tries to spin that.
Yes, I know he did. Just sayin' he wasn't with her 24/7 all the time for 12 years and he probably didn't sleep in her room all the time, either. That's all. I knew some of this well before the last few months.
And WHO was administering these injections?
Did she have any health emergencies around the original date of the inquest of Daniel's death?
The WHO is the question. We know KE was there. She said she was with Anna for the last, what 5 months. We also know HKS was with her for the last 12 YEARS. The WHO will come out if/when criminal charges are filed. If any charges are filed, KE will probably be first cuz they've got the goods on her. Then she implicates HKS. Cuz she knows he'll leave her out to dry. Then we've got the two of them accusing each other. This is the fantasy scenario.

Because it's my personal opinion he was joking with her in that clown tape. That's how I perceived it the first time I saw it. That's NOT saying that at some future point, Anna and he would have considered selling the clown video, but I do not think an intention to sell it was the reason for taping her that day. My personal opinion about this is as valid as anyone else's personal opinion about it. In the long run, our own perceptions don't mean a whit to eventual outcome of this saga.

Absolutely. Point is, we don't know and won't, because Daniel can't be questioned. As I said, perhaps others- friends, Mr. Martino, etc- may be able to shed more light on that.
We need a starting point - a place where the evil seed was planted. Realizing that during the first meetings with ANS, HK$ was an untested, unsuccessful man in his late 20’s with a law shingle and no paying clients.
Let’s pass through some of the first few years - two incomplete, troubled people - bonding, sharing stories, backgrounds, history, finding new places, new friends, with a “Hollywood” aura. Not a medical office, not a factory - not a department store - the high life - dressing up, and on stage and partying and planning and trips, and meals.
Then time and money are going, going, gone - whatever Marshall had given ANS was quickly disappearing.
What kind of daily activities consumed them? Was there a permanent group? Who was in the group?
Did it resemble Elvis?, the Beatles? Marilyn Monroe? Hardly! Those celebs were fabulously wealthy, energetic and successful, surrounded by producers, accountants, creative artists and rich investors - movie moguls….none of that for Anna.
What did Howard and Anna share - beside plans to get the Marshall Estate? Along the way to Nirvana they grifted people such as the Thompsons and Shellys. Shunned Anna’s Texas family. Anna had multiple sexual liaisons - but what about Howard? Howard sucked Anna’s life force and got sucked into her abyss. He adapted and accepted -this was his destiny - to be Anna’s lapdog. He adored her and she found that convenient.
Finally, at some point - Howard looked at a bloated, pregnant , middle aged woman - botoxed and drugged. No longer fun, no longer funding - spiraling in and out of crises - for which Howard had no expertise and no resolution.
Anna had only one thing Howard still desired - potential to inherit some part of the Marshall millions. There were two things that could hurt the pursuit. Larry Birkhead and the pregnant belly.
Howard improvised. Isolate and control Anna. Remove her from her past and become her present and future. A high security prison - out of reach of love and law.
When did murder enter the door? Who opened the door? Was it Daniel or Erosovich or Howard?

The HKS support on that thread is ridiculous.
My moneys on Howard. With KE as his right hand woman. Daniels death is the one that clinched it. I know he was murdered and HKS did it. You do one murder, heck, what's another one. Why KE would go along on this is beyond comprehension tho. What was in it for her? Promises of money? Guess she wasn't too familiar with Annas/HKS's record on paying their debts.
Lord, what a beautiful dress. You know that she was a good person, when a gay clothing designer can come up with something so wonderful, and cry his eyes out sewing it.

I saw that, too. The first time he narrowed it down to Stern, he couldn't remember Howard's name. The next interview he was much more specific and after that, he became even more specific. He may have been nervous, he may have forgotten a few things and then remembered them later, he may have embellished, he may have been 100% truthful. We do not know. These are some of the reasons I take my more neutral position and why inquests and grand juries and police investigations are done and I'll wait for those results, if any are to be made public.
