We need a starting point - a place where the evil seed was planted. Realizing that during the first meetings with ANS, HK$ was an untested, unsuccessful man in his late 20’s with a law shingle and no paying clients.
Let’s pass through some of the first few years - two incomplete, troubled people - bonding, sharing stories, backgrounds, history, finding new places, new friends, with a “Hollywood” aura. Not a medical office, not a factory - not a department store - the high life - dressing up, and on stage and partying and planning and trips, and meals.
Then time and money are going, going, gone - whatever Marshall had given ANS was quickly disappearing.
What kind of daily activities consumed them? Was there a permanent group? Who was in the group?
Did it resemble Elvis?, the Beatles? Marilyn Monroe? Hardly! Those celebs were fabulously wealthy, energetic and successful, surrounded by producers, accountants, creative artists and rich investors - movie moguls….none of that for Anna.
What did Howard and Anna share - beside plans to get the Marshall Estate? Along the way to Nirvana they grifted people such as the Thompsons and Shellys. Shunned Anna’s Texas family. Anna had multiple sexual liaisons - but what about Howard? Howard sucked Anna’s life force and got sucked into her abyss. He adapted and accepted -this was his destiny - to be Anna’s lapdog. He adored her and she found that convenient.
Finally, at some point - Howard looked at a bloated, pregnant , middle aged woman - botoxed and drugged. No longer fun, no longer funding - spiraling in and out of crises - for which Howard had no expertise and no resolution.
Anna had only one thing Howard still desired - potential to inherit some part of the Marshall millions. There were two things that could hurt the pursuit. Larry Birkhead and the pregnant belly.
Howard improvised. Isolate and control Anna. Remove her from her past and become her present and future. A high security prison - out of reach of love and law.
When did murder enter the door? Who opened the door? Was it Daniel or Erosovich or Howard?

My moneys on Howard. With KE as his right hand woman. Daniels death is the one that clinched it. I know he was murdered and HKS did it. You do one murder, heck, what's another one. Why KE would go along on this is beyond comprehension tho. What was in it for her? Promises of money? Guess she wasn't too familiar with Annas/HKS's record on paying their debts.
