Thread Number Two
Moe and Taz surely could be culpable for doing that.
Except, they COULD be truthful about the phone call to Stern (timewise, and assuming there WAS one), because whatever call Stern got at 1:15 might not have been THAT call, but another one we don't know about.
If they WERE deliberately confusing the timeline, my next question is, were they in Stern's pocket in so doing? Or covering for their own mistakes, for some reason.
If they truly did fudge it because of their link to Stern, and something came to light with the police that made THEM look bad, perhaps they jumped out of Stern's pocket and began to rat him out.
?????
Ya think?
I think they used the food in Nicole Brown Simpson's stomach to narrow down the time of death. So, did she or did she not eat that omelet?
Did y'all hear about the lawsuit against the Judd's by LB?
It seems after they settled with him, he ordered personalized checks with their likeness. lol!

Anna Nicole Murder Charge Shocker! Is creepy lover Howard K. Stern GUILTY?
With Anna Nicole finally laid to rest in a Bahamas graveyard, leading LE experts believe that murder charges may soon be filed against the tragic beauty's longtime lawyer and lover, Howard K. Stern.
Intensive investigations continue into the shocking deaths of both Anna Nicole, 39, and her son, Daniel, 20, who succumbed to a drug overdose in her Bahamas hopistal room in Sept.
And stunning allegations have been leveled against Stern, including:
*He kept Anna Niocle drugged and brainwashed for his benefit.
*He got doctors to supply drugs to her outside proper channels.
*He flushed drugs down the toilet in Anna Nicole's Bahamas house following Daniel's death.
Former FBI special agent in charge Ted Gunderson tells Globe, "Daniel dies and Howard K. Stern is there. Anna Nicole dies and Howard K. Stern is there. What kind of bad luck does this guy have? If I saw him on my plane, I'd parachute out the window."
Gunderson notes that, "After Daniel died, Anna Nicole's mother cried on TV and warned her, "Be very careful about who you hang around with, because you may be next."
The former agent adds that Stern was not only in the wrong place at the wrong time TWICE, but might also have a motive for killing the busty beauty.
"Some who might have given Stern the benefit of the doubt about Daniel might think twice now that there are two deaths - especially with a huge fortune hanging in the balance and Stern set up as executor of the estate."
John O'Quinn, attorney for Anna Nicole's mom Virgie, points out yet another reason why Stern could benefit from the blond beauty's death.
"I've been told that were seven life insurance policies on Anna Nicole and the beneficiary was her son - and the alternative beneficiary is Stern," says O'Quinn. "I'm told they were paid up and in full force. This is all about money."
"There are several people who claim to have witnessed Stern encouraging Anna Nicole's drug dependence," notes Gunderson. "Her personal assistant, Nathan Collins, says he saw her swallow handfuls of pills at a time and inject herself. Stern not only knew about and approved of her drug intake, but Collins claims he saw Stern inject a strong sedative called Phenergan into her backside."
"If Stern gave Anna drugs that weren't prescribed for her, famed pathologist Dr. Michael Baden tells Globe that he could still face murder charges even if Anna Nicole's Feb. 8 death at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel In Florida turns out to be a drug-related accident."
We're doing our own investigation re: the timeline. However, when I said maybe something came to light with the police that made Moe and Taz look bad, I wasn't particularly referencing the timeline issue/discrepancy.
When I asked were they doing it because Stern wanted them to OR because they themselves wanted to fudge it for some reason, that was my way of raising the question of whether they were acting as Stern instructed them to (regarding the timeline), which raised the larger question of what they would do if police questioned them about a piece of information that has arisen making THEM look bad, in which case are they now pointing their fingers at Howard Stern and helping the police against HIM?
I believe you posted that since the timeline didn't fit regarding a call to Stern, you had concluded Moe and Taz had deliberately pushed a later timeline than one which matched the 1:15 call to Stern. You didn't say they would get in trouble for their timeline not jiving with the call to Stern, and I'm not saying they would, either.
Could easily get in trouble for something else, though, and turn on Stern bigtime.
I just remembered something; the police getting a court order made me think of it. In addition to phone call records, they can also trace the general area where the calls were made/received via that little GPS chip in our cell phones. So, if someone says that they are at "Point A", but the tower the call is pinging off of shows they were actually in the area of "Point B", the police will know they were lying. Remember, that case NG was following: the Duckett case? Police, retroactively, knew where Melinda Duckett actually traveled via the towers that relayed her phone calls.
So Birkhead got a settlement from both Judd and ET... I hope Birkhead sues ET again! (if there is something there to sue them over again)
Rita: Is there any truth that Howard was controlling Anna?
EG: Nonsense, Nonsense ..that is totally ..that is totally out of whack. She, she, if you want to use the sense of control, I would say that she controls him. Cause she uh .Anna doesnt do anything she doesnt want to do, trust me.
Uhhhh. Nooooo. I don't think i will Eric.
Rita: So what was her relationship like with Howard Stern then?
EG: Well, Howard ..you know, I think thats why Anna and Howard could get off to, Howard has the personality, ..hes .he doesnt have a controlling personality hes not, hes not he just go with the flow ..You know ..sometimes I think he just go the flow too much, but I mean, I be the Bahamian. You know, a lot of men stick their chest out, but Howard dont. I mean, but this is what she wants. Any other way she not going to accept it.
Noooo. I don't think so.
Rita: Why did she embrace you and what did she say about her real family?
EG: Oh, she didnt want she didnt want to hear her mother them even dream of calling. She thinks she .she thinks ..she doesnt have a family, she said.
TMI.
Rita: She wanted to adopt a child?
EG: Absolutely.
BN: Yes.
EG: Absolutely. She wanted ..she wanted to do that. She wanted to get into the Bahamian life. I think thats why she appreciated us because we always encourage her to go out, get out of the house. Lets go to the beach. Lets go swimming. And she loved boats. She loved to boat.
TMI again. What the heck do boats have to do with the question Rita asked?
Believe it or not, I think I remember that this had something to do with a Marilyn Monroe movie that Ashley was going to do.
True. And I can't recall Moe's exact wording.
I know it stuck in my brain as 'his brother.'
What Gibson had to say fits right in with how her relationship was with Stern when they were on her show together.
He was not referring to the morning of Feb 8th. Moe was speaking of Feb 6th to Greta.
VAN SUSTEREN: Tuesday, February 6, any better?
BIG MOE: She was a lot better. I mean, you know, she was a lot better. Still sick, though. You know, fever was maybe, maybe 100, but controllable, you know? And she would wake up, you know, eat, walk around the room, and then, you know, go back to sleep...
VAN SUSTEREN: Leave the room at all?
BIG MOE: ... watch TV no, no. We had we was in the suite, so you had she had a bedroom, and then she had the living room area. So she would walk out there, we'd watch some movies, you know, eat her favorite meal. She loved chocolate strawberries, so we'd get chocolate strawberries for her and we'd all eat it together.

Ashley Judd Makes Nice
by Marcus Errico
One of those good news, bad news weeks for Ashley Judd--and her lawyers.
The actress won an undisclosed sum in British court last week after a judge there ordered the celeb magazine Now to pay Judd for fabricating a story about the actress.
But she shouldn't plan on cashing the check just yet.
The bigger news is that Judd, 33, was on the settling end of a libel lawsuit filed against her by a freelance journalist from Louisville, Kentucky.
Larry Birkhead, 28, filed suit last year in Jefferson County Circuit Court against the actress after she allegedly dissed him on Entertainment Tonight.
During a 1999 interview, Birkhead grilled Ashley's mom, Naomi, about her stance on the proliferation of violence and sex in Hollywood. In an article that appeared in USA Today, Birkhead quoted Naomi as saying she didn't want Ashley to make the 1996 TV movie Norma Jean and Marilyn, about the life of Marilyn Monroe. "Pop and I wouldn't watch it," the Judd matriarch said.
Then Birkhead asked about Ashley's R-rated film Double Jeopardy, in which she plays a revenge-minded woman wrongly jailed for the murder of her husband, and, according to his article, Naomi refused to comment.
Ashley subsequently appeared on Entertainment Tonight, where she said the article was a "complete fabrication and her mother gave her total enthusiastic response to the film."
Birkhead's attorney said Judd's statements were libelous because she directly accused him of lying. Birkhead is seeking punitive and compensatory damages from Judd, as well as Entertainment Tonight. ET has reportedly settled with Birkhead, too.
Terms of the deal, which was inked last week, were kept under wraps.
"I was extremely happy with the settlement," Birkhead says on the phone from Louisville. "With it all behind us, we can all just get on...her with her movies, me with my reporting."
He also says he harbors no ill-will toward the Someone Like You actress.
"I'm still a Judd fan," he tells Louisville's Courier-Journal. "In fact, I just ordered some personalized checks for a new checking account I just opened. They're really neat. They have the Judds' pictures on them."

I wish I knew too! I am saying that in my magazines they say a lot of things. The Star also reported earlier Dannielynn was in the suite resulting in the discrepancy in HKS time line. This was weeks ago though. "He had to arrange for the baby and nanny to get out of the country"
Ok, on to the time of death....... Has anyone thought of the gross thought that when people die they go #1 & #2. Where did I read that someone was theorizing that she had been cleaned up prior to being found dead? It would take 2 strong men to lift her and do that? Well, the good news is that Dr. Perper is the man who wrote the book on time of death. He is an expert, so I know he will figure it out.
Do we know anything about Moe's background as a bodyguard?
When we went to the Philippines a few years ago we had two bodyguards. I thought the guys were careless at first. But one day they proved me wrong. We took a taxi and one of the bodyguards sat up front with the driver. The driver reached over to the glove compartment for something and those two bodyguards whipped out their guns faster than you can blink an eye. You need good reflexes. Good instincts. You've gotta be on the ball at all times.
Was Moe an experienced bodyguard? Or did HKS just hire the biggest guy he could find?
