Thread Number Two
>>>Correct, and if they had the baby in Florida, you'd think they would have the BC with them as well. But the birth cert was 'stolen' from the closet in the Bahamas.

You can always have more than one copy.
It makes me wonder if Stern was in the room with her between 9:30/10:00am. (as in... in and out of the room)
I seriously doubt that Stern slept in the same room with her. We know Moe had taken the spare bed in the bedroom and Stern was probably camping out on the couch. (Did Tas spend the night at hotel with Moe?)
I seriously doubt that Anna was sharing her bed with Stern even though they were playing like a couple in front of the cameras - that was part of the plan to get Birkhead to back off and to get the public and Bahamians on their side when it came to the baby. If you look at the pictures of her Bahamian bed - she always took the right side of the bed (when looking up the bed from the foot of the bed) - there is always a very large cushion or huge body pillow on the left side of the bed or that side of the bed it still drawn up.
We all have to question any HKS statements about when she was last seen alive especially if he ends up being the last one to claim he saw her alive. Right now it seems that Moe was the last person to see her possibly alive (someone other than HKS). Then we have Stern alone with Anna in the hotel room after Moe saw her alive last. HKS had at least 30 minutes alone with her in the hotel room. If HKS was in the room when Moe popped his head in what was HKS doing? - Was he laying on the bed with her, was he giving her meds, was he sitting on the bed, was he sitting in a chair?
If Stern received an urgent call at the Marina at 1:15, that's a full 20 minutes or more BEFORE Taz called Moe to report something wrong with Anna. Indeed, while Stern hurried from the boat saying, "I gotta go", Moe hadn't even called Taz yet to inquire about Anna for about 15 minutes. After he calls and hears that she's ok and still sleeping, a little more time goes by until Taz calls Moe about Anna's condition. So, what was the phone call about that Stern got at the Marina?????
Mo, Brigitte and King Gibson are automatically eliminated as co-conspirators. One thing that IS relevant is whether her mouth was covered when Brigitte first observed Anna "sleeping".
My understanding is that it was a two bedroom suite and that it was not the best suite in the hotel. Maybe the second bedroom had 2 beds in it.
"his brother", "a brother"....Two different things in their vernacular.
I wonder about that. Was HKS in the bed with her and was it actually HKS moving? Was she all covered up? Did he see her head move or what? Can we believe/trust Moe completely?
Perhaps, nobody actually saw her talking and ALIVE since the previous night - except HKS? I truly wonder how long she was either dead or dying?
Then HKS left her all covered up "sleeping." Did he tell Taz/Brigitte not to disturb her or what? I am curious what instructions he left them, if any.
I think he may have wanted to put the most distance and time betwee himself and her death as possible. Remember his "if you die, I'll go to jail" line (who told us that?). Either he allowed her to die, or she died by accident -- but, either way, he didn't want to be the one there when it happened IMO. But I am guessing she died that morning. When Brigitte found her she was already dead. But for how long?
I wish I had more confidence in Perper being able to tell us the actual time of death. Was it 9AM? 11AM? 1AM? It makes a bit of a difference. I thought they could pinpoint it with liver temp -- or is that just CSI stuff?
There is a lot of important stuff on here......
Dr. KE answers where Dannielynn was, the "secret wedding plans"....some of the timeline info, the ice bath,
Also I note that ANOTHER one of ANS good friends doens't show remorse over this death.
NOTE: DR. KE seems to be the source of the "omelette story" however the words are Mary Hart's in a voice over.
I'm not sure if you are talking about a new court order or the order to look through the goods that came from the Horizons home that Ford Shelley took out of it.
They need a "judge ordered" warrant to go through it legally so that anything found on the computer/movie tapes etc will hold up in court.
I believe Daniel's was very quick also because they said he had been dead for some time. I'd take that as an hour at the least.
I'm going to go to my "inhalant" theory as it gets into the bloodstream very quickly.
The huevo breakfast ANS had was also reported in the National Enquirer, I know, cuz I get the magazine each week. But I don't have that issue in front of me just now. Looking around for it though. I was looking online for it as well, but can't find it yet. It also claims to have the last alive photo taken when they checked in at the hotel. Anna in a shiny tightly belted tan-ish trench coat, black glasses, big lipped and flanked by slimy Howard. It also says on her last morning she ordered room service breakfast and then went down to the swimming pool.... for a bit before returning to her room. I don't know if it is true, but that won't stop me from getting my magazine. ;-)
