If authorities are considering HKS statement at the hearing, they should be able to verify request/receipt of transcripts.

Have to confess, I could not stand to watch all of it. Seidlin's silly,
I agree - however, until you read the actual transcripts....it's not readily apparent just how brilliant this guy really was....Seidlin hinted as to his methods towards the end, when he said to Stern, '...I tried to bring you to your knees, I tried, and I just couldn't do it..." but he did ! In true 'Columbo" style, Seidlin managed to get Howard to incriminate himself on at least half a dozen occassions, and most of them Stern wasn't even aware of until it was too late to retract.....brilliant !!!!
And if that wasn't enough, Seidlin set Stern up with the funeral---Let Stern think he was in the catbird seat...let Stern think he was off the hook...and sat back and watched as those around Stern started to systematically draw back in revulsion at the seediness of his selling even so private a thing as lowering the coffin, at the eulogy that was more a defense opening statement, at his displays of contempt of those around him, including the Bahamian courts...and as Seidlin watched quietly, like the rest of us, sure enough, one by one, those around Stern started to tell the real truth. Brilliant!! Siedlin is a DIAMOND - he razzles and dazzles and twinkles oh so prettily, and while he kept the attorneys busy chasing prisms and colorful rainbows, he systematically cut thru to the truth and the true character!
