Thread Number Two
Is a "Dock" a piece to Danny's death, too???
>>>Is that your opine or is it "documented/linked" that she actually said that. >>>
NO, she said that frequently and to alot of people, about not wanting to trade one child for the other.
Sorry Global - wrong thread - thought you were responding to this one.

Time to stop raising daughters with the notion that promiscuity is a form of exercise and stop raising sons to think of sex as a video game.
We need to teach our sons about manhood, which does not include dumping their posterity in a garbage disposal.
We need to teach our daughters that pregnancy is a privilege and maternity a miracle.
And Seidlin says. "No, you've got your children, and your husband and your family and your friends......"
Yes, she has today's post up, and no link to yesterday's post. It was on yesterday's post. Some interesting things on today's post however, just not as interesting as some of the things she had yesterday except for today's observation of how stupid of Barth to say HKS could keep the baby because LB has never been a father and the observation that she thinks Kimmie is scared to death of HKS.
Michael Scott said he was unsettled by Smith's decision to exchange vows with her boyfriend even before she made funeral arrangements for Daniel Smith, her 20-year-old son who died Sept. 10. People magazine bought photos of the ceremony, which was not a legal wedding and was held aboard a catamaran on Sept. 28 in waters off Nassau, Bahamas.
"A disagreement on a commercial transaction made it difficult for us to remain as counsel," Scott told The Associated Press over the phone.

LB: So at that time, I asked her
. I said Howards over here, I feel kind of bad for him. And she said, Come here, Howard. She said, You put your thumb print here. And she wrote, Uncle Howard in the baby book. And we stayed in the hospital, she had complications from the plan that they were putting her on. Her body wasnt agreeing with it. One time she tripped over the IV cart late at night and she asked
.she was pulling out her the IV. I said
..she said I was yelling at her, but I said her name loud because I didnt want her to fall. And she got up as I was sleeping, and when I got up, she took that as me yelling at her. And I think that she was just sensitive at the time, and she asked me if I would leave, or she was going to push the security button. And so I left. And then two days later she called me and says where are you?. And I said, You asked me to leave. And she didnt remember.
So ANS wanted to get married and HKS didn't? Doesn't jive with KE telling ET that finally she and HKS had convinced ANS to marry HKS..... if you remember she told LKL that she didn't want to marry again.
BTW what is IIRC?
Dying by laying down and never waking up IN TWO CASES so intimately connected is virtually impossible because they occured in two different places. (Catch what I mean here? They didn't share the same potion on the same day in the same place.)
Granted. Howard did try to play it off like they got married because of the baby....but later Seidlin got the truth out of him..
JO: Help me.
Seidlin: Im helping you, Texas.
HKS: He was uh .
Seidlin: Youre not going to be the lonestar state any longer.
JO: Thank you very much. We love Florida, your Honor.
Seidlin: Thank you, and we love Texas.
HKS: He was concerned about the marital privilege.
KB: Why dont you just say what you were worried about, so we can overcome . Why didnt you .
HKS: Well the marital privilege because of Daniels death, and I was wrongfully wrongly advised that it applied to things prior to marriage, not just acts subsequent to marriage.
Seidlin: You missed me, Im just missing this. Run this by me again. I mean, I had a light lunch, so Im still strong. Tell me.
HKS: [Shakes head, takes time by taking a drink] Anna wanted our marriage to be a legal marriage. I had some concerns, because I was concerned about how people would perceive it. I was concerned that people would think that Im making a run for her money. But what finally convinced us not to make it legal, was upon the advise of counsel that the marital privilege
JO: Your honor, I object to advise of counsel.
HKS: .would be looked upon
Seidlin: You have a continuing ..my friend, Texas, youve got to have to sit down for a long while now. Allright.?
JO: Do you want to hear it?
Seidlin: Save some shoe leather now.
HKS: Because her son had just passed away, and we didnt want to give any perception that we were trying to hide any wrongdoing.
Seidlin: Wrongdoing because there were questions about the uh the issue of his death?
HKS: Well, there were questions by an initial coroner, at the time.
I'd never pick on you sod. I'm too scared of your wrath.
Dr. Feelbetter
If I Recall Correctly.
I have heard he (Daniel) was covered in vomit and blood? If he was coherent enough to have helped his mom to the bathroom it would have had to have been something in orange juice or something around 6:30 am. If he wasn't breathing he wouldn't be able to throwup. And if Anna woke up and he was in the aforementioned condition she would have reacted, "Oh, my gosh he is covered in blood", not, "Oh, he isn't breathing". So I am confused was he covered in vomit and blood or not. I still go with the theory something in the OJ - maybe it was something for Anna and he being thirsty drank Anna's drugs..and that is why Anna said to Howard, "You killed him". And instead of keeping her at the hospital to get the help she needed they drugged her up immediately so Howard wouldn't be charged and took her home....had to get her away from the hospital staff which might have caused more suspicion.
Someone also mentioned earlier and it makes sense the quickness of the committment ceremony was so they wouldn't have to testify against each other....what do you want to bet that was it. cCouldn't
We have three dogs, it's very interesting to watch our oldest female disapline the other two when they get too rambunctious, and we have friends with a Rottie and two cockers, one of the cockers is a baby and the Rottie is the disaplinarian of the two cockers and protects the baby if the male gets too irritated with her nips and playfulness.
The Wendy's cups are in the pictures with Daniel, ANS and the baby. They do not look staged to me so I'm not positive I get where you are going with this. Wendy's does have resturants inside some gas stations here in Arizona.
The jury will get ALL the evidence and they'll be able to see these players in person. That's a totally differnt ballgame then those of us here and at courttv.com guessing and hypothesyzing and looking at videos and still photos.
yet, the Wendy's in our 24/7 Pilot Truck Stop is open 24/7.
Do we know that applies in the Bahamas?
