Sad the world is full of HKS like the creep who beat up two 100 plus ladies in one night for chump change....that is what HKS is.
I have been trying to find out the name of a Charleston socialite whose murder was profiled on the A&E Crime series.
It was chilling. As a divorcee, this teacher/socialite dated a man for several years. He had 3 kids, 2 sons, 1 daughter. The relationship ended, but one of the boys, as a teenager, stalked her house, stole her clothes, made inquiries about a sex change.
He murdered the woman in her bathtub. Then attempted to assume her identity. A wig and womens' clothing were mailed to her home and he was found wandering around Charleston on the day of her murder, close to her Antebellum mansion. It was in 2000 IIRC.
Just stream of consciousness - "tinfoil hat thinking" maybe HK$ or KE were going to assume ANNA's identity once she was dumped off the Cracker.

HKS: Well, there were questions by an initial coroner, at the time.
Is he talking about a spouse having the right to NOT testify against their spouse? Is he implying that Anna wanted to marry him so he wouldn't testify against HER?
Is the "spousal privilege" a legal defense in the Bahamas -because if there is no 5th amendment privilege - that would be redundant.

There is ONE more thing about that commitment ceremony. Because there was no paperwork and it was never filed, there is no specific date that it happened. Howie is messing with the date.

I was unsuccessful in finding Mapquest driving directions between Wendy's on Bay Street and Doctors Hospital on Shirley St/Rd.
I asked for help - think someone is trying to look it up on Yahoo.

Now I have spent many months the last 27 yrs bedside in the hosp.
We had a plan...v 8 case of for morning rounds, always had access to water and I kept 7up or Coke to keep me hydrated as the careprovider....
Only left hosp during day to get out from the bright light and scene IOW needed to walk smell the roses to keep it together.
Hosp had top dog cafe's and if you wanted to could walk the skywalk and got to the Vet Hosp and eat day old Burger King....
Bahama's didn't have ice machine soda food/?????? Why did HKS have to LEAVE and go get food????

Ohhh. I see. Well if the inquest is done properly he won't be having an opportunity to go after the will, will he? In prison do you still have the same rights wrt going to court claiming a will? And even if he does have the right to claim the will while in prison, it should be thrown out because if he killed Daniel what judge is going to allow him to claim Annas money?
And yesterday NG said she believes there are many grounds for that will to be thrown out as it is.
They said that Danny had been dead for some time....So, say an hour before 9:30.....say 8:30. The timespan between last seen alive and death is 6:30-8:30 and I think that's MAX.
In Anna's case: I believe the time was the same because Taz said that 1 1/2 hours had passed when they checked her.
Those two times seem comparable.
Howard didn't know (that I know of) what meds Daniel was on and if he was taking them. He likely gave him something RIGHT AFTER the pictures to start the process of making him dopey. Howard's "He said he was sleepy (or tired)" tells me that. What Danny said is simply not an unusual statement.
More likely, he was reeling and starting to struggle with life.
Whatever killed each of them was a massive dose to "END IT"...what I call the killer dose and the imminent cause of death.
Short answer...Danny was given drugs earlier to make him unable to resist the later Killer Dose. Same as Anna.
The Post should definitely be talking about ASSISTED SUICIDE...

Probably should read; "Friends of HK$ report that HK$ was able to find an email statement from ANS to a friend which included the phrase "I want to die".
What a crock! She probably was also heard to say, "Howard killed Daniel, and now he is hoping I want to die too".
Why would they have to get married to cover for something they (or he) didn't do? Why would they care what "perception" others had? Nobody was suspicious of Anna wrt Daniels death. Only HKS was under suspicion by some people at the time.
There's a TMI Howard!!!!....Perception of guilt?????
