I think in the end, Perper will simply say...I need Howard's DNA and also KE's DNA because I have some DNA eveidence that is bothering me and I want to know who it belongs to.

OLD Man Marsheall: He gave an explicit list of what Anna would get...(Partial) Properties, jewelry, gifts that he had given her. I also know there was a substantial monthly check. That's all I remember.

Didn't I hear O'Q say that more testing is needed on Anna's body? Last night he said this and made a point of talking about how Howard was in a hurry to get Anna in the ground to avoid further tests.

That's whats so incredibly insidious about HKS thinking he could steal his wealth. HKS is such sociopath.....thinks he is smarter than everybody, and thinks that because Marshall was a "wealthy man" that made him ripe for Stern's pickings.

I've thought that myself. All these people that have been 'directed' are in the hot seat and Stern is hiding behind the Horizons and the baby Dannielynn. How long before they get ticked off and start talking and pointing fingers.

I've made that point on here before. HKS and KE were up her ass 24/7 for months and years and all of a sudden, right before she dies, they are not there. Seems a little more than 'odd' to me.
I really can't understand why Wecht is so tight w/$tern. Wecht must have done a really quick, Bahama's vacation style re-autopsy of Daniel, because his (Wecht's) current behavior is so out of character. There are smoking guns everywhere with this case...and Wecht seemingly just wants to shrug them off. I wonder what he may have over looked (and now is trying to cover his own butt) in the Daniel Smith autopsy?
PS, I am still trying to catch up from last night...

He also gave a formula for a quick acting poison. He said he sent his drawings (with the full layout of the room) to the PD.

Is there any video of HK$ w/DannieLynn in the car? I wouldn't put it past $tern to have another baby (not DL) take the swab test so that LB's dna doesn't match. Has CourtTV mentioned checking the footprints (from the hospital birth) or any other verification that the baby is indeed DL? (Sounding like a tinfoiler, I know, but this case is just so nefarious).
