Stress can do that. Daniel was already thin too, so it wouldn't take much for him to be really skinny. I just found it odd that they thought he was anorexic. If he was depressed or stressed, it would have been normal to lose weight along with that.

I honestly think what happens with a personality like HKS's, and why some people...some bloggers on CourtTV, TMZ etc., approve of him... yes, we've read it! UGH.......
What happens is...I think people really like a "quiet guy"....the one who looks like the victim. He sorta stays in the background...doesn't have much to say, so he looks innocent. Yep, that's HKS to some...but not us!
We at FR know better...we're smarter....I think we have him all figured out....

I am so overjoyed about the DNA test going through. Stern's appeal will be denied.
I sure hope that they force his DNA also. Pinder said all Larry's lawyers had to was to get the judge to understand that the DNA was needed to resolve the case and that the DNA would be ordered and at the same time it would back Stern up into a corner. If Stern refuses to submit even his own DNA then he flat out loses his case (this means if Larry does not match up and if Stern refuses to give his own DNA Stern the baby will go to Virgie.)
They have never had a case like this involving non Bahamians and there has never been a case of Bahamian man who is claiming to be the father of a baby also refuse to take a DNA test.
