As far as HK$ - he may have permanent legal standing as the surviving CEO of that corporation - It's activities, however, with respect to using ANS' likeness would be limited by DL's guardian. If there are any other liquid assets/bank funds he might be able to move them around.

This is sooo yesterday I know..... but, regarding the swab and abscess talk..... You know what popped into my mind? Anna had lots of tattoos all over her body. I've been told you are to NEVER poke a needle into the skin through a tattoo. Maybe or what if.... someone unskilled poked her skin with some injection that got ink poison! Come on... remember i am the queen of the what if's. Sorry I'm out of the loop. Hired a trainer and been in the gym. Now I am hurtin and sour.

I'm not sure about this, either. I remember someone from The Bahamas saying very early on that they do have the latest in DNA testing there in the islands.
But then, I also heard that LB's testing will be done by an OH lab - but that's also where Virgie's expert is - OH - Michael Leonard Baird.
So, I am very confused about this subject.

I also discovered they were going to call Moe, and didn't get to. I'll bet he's happy about that now.
More ET ... they keep showing that clip of Kimmie taped much earlier, where she said ANS thought Daniel was getting in with a bad crowd.
I never saw the original, so I don't know the context of it. Did she mean the GF named "Mya" which seemed to aggravate ANS so much? Or those other friends that were interviewed in InTouch? Or some other college friends whose ID's we don't know?
Also, more KE will be in the Daniel Inquest segment a little later.
