Daniel would never have wanted to be buried in the Bahamas. But nobody cared about that because he was dead now and dead men don't talk. Unless they have wills (valid ones) and apparently he didn't.
So it became a consideration of only what was best for Stern and Smith. And Anna was obviously opting out for his continuing line that they must live in the Bahamas to keep away from Birkhead's paternity suit. I now think that it was more than that they were worried about the suit...I think they were worried that if he could prove paternity AND that Anna was a hopeless drug addict and unfit mother, he could get custody of the baby.
They both had a lot to hide. Stern had the most to hide, and from the looks of it, he had schemes that went all the way to severe criminality.
Anyway, the excuse for her Bahamas burial traces back to their sorry insistence that Daniel be buried there. An American citizen who happened to die while visiting his family due to Dannie Lynn's birth. Yeah, riiiiiight.
And of course, the mother must be buried next to her son. It's what SHE would have wanted. What about what HE would have wanted in the first place? Never mind. It was never about HIM.
Howard now had "total control" over Anna's mind and money.

Read the full article that Dr. Scarpetta posted. Roger Friedman at Fox news gets the fact that ET/The Insider are covering for KE. He makes the point while discussing the fax that they never mention that KE faxed it..only that Dr. Kapoor received it.
Speaking of which, i watched one of those plastic surgery gone bad shows last night. Oh man, never, never, never. I'm a B- and i'm gonna stay a B-. Unless i go down to an A. Which i have actually with this recent weight loss. TMI, sorry.

If the Florida justice system doesn't come thru for Virgie she's still got the option of a Civil Suit. With what we've heard I'm sure she would win. Even before Daniel died Anna had such a tolerance to most of these drugs. They can't hide behind.."Oh she was so devastated by Daniel's death."
I woke up thinking what a mess the Bahamas must be with "in-breeding" if they enforce such an archaic law wrt paternity.
If they don't recognize DNA testing, then no telling how many people are unknowingly dating or marrying their blood relatives...tsk, tsk.

Just a little example of "Directing" by Howard. Anorexic???...Thompson and Shelley didn't really know Daniel.
