I believe that I heard it mentioned somewhere that she had an abscess on her bottom.

We never did find out for certain whether she was on her back, side or stomach when she died. And she was handled "He (Moe) lifted her up.....put her on the floor".

We also never found out whether her mouth was covered up when Taz first started to babysit her.

If no one saw Anna "move" after Mo saw her (except Howard), she had to die between 10 & 11:30 when Taz entered the scene.

We also don't know if KE prescribed any drugs for Danny....and no one on ET has asked her. That would give us a whole different perspective.

Yes he would! I'd pay money to see that encounter.

Greta - talking about the state of the FL laws re: criminal involvement in a death.

If it comes back she died from drug overdose. Then have to look at how she got the drugs. If it is found to be drugs from STern, then he could be charged with murder. (I think he said that?)

Methadone - is an opiate - so question was she lawfully given these drugs - if legally prescribed - ok - if illegally prescribed - then the perpetrator could be charged with first degree murder.

The question is a fake name = unlawful for it to be in her possession. If it came from Stern, then that can be murder charge. Have to prove drugs delivered to Stern.

What if a person begs to get the drugs - that is not a defense for this crime.

It's a very draconian statute in FL - mandatory life sentence. (different from other states)

I think the abscess came in as common sense after we heard about Perper asking if she used Alcohol swabs when she injected herself. I am not sure who "guessed " that maybe she had an abscess. But I have never seen a source for the abscess info until some heard it on H&C tonight. Demerol injections are large muscle injections - they are suppose to injected into a large muscle. That could be your thigh, buttock, stomach muscles.

He's terrific - loved what he said about Larry and even more that he says Dannielyn should be given to Virgie...I believe he meant immediately - until the paternity is proven.

Liked him a lot - sad that he and Virgie were unable to make a go of it, probably married too young.

I didn't particularly like the guy who was Greta's Florida law expert....seems a bit flashy....but he's been on there before.

Main impression I got was the whole key is were these drugs (if that's what killed Anna) "LAWFULLY" in her possession. If they were not lawfully in her possession, than whoever got them into her possession, body, could be charged with murder....with life imprisonment as the penalty.

The guy also said the person who prescribed these medicines would not necessarily be at fault....hmmm.....maybe there is a reason KE is so glib.

Too bad Howie didn't know about Florida's draconian drug death laws.

Some of us pondered that the plan was to keep her sedated and get her on board the Cracker - then there would be a boating accident on the way to the Bahamas.
