Thread Number Two
Well - I was getting ready to appoint you Chairman of the Board.
I shall not be needing a chair - I shall have a hammock on the lanai.
As a matter of fact - I would like you to also be CFO because you keep good lists.
Moe was mainly talking about how strange and out-of-pattern it was for HKS to leave ANS alone for any period of time, much less the 2-hour window that day, in which she coincidentally died.
Will be interesting, as O'Quinn is the only one who seems to think he (himself) might re-open the Marshall case in TX and have any kind of chance at getting a new opinion.
I say, "dream on."
LOLOLOL ... I mean, it would be my honor to serve at the pleasure of The Firm.
Annual reports are my writing specialty ... non-fiction, I must warn.
Yes, I did, and he also acted like he was completely clueless about EVERYTHING she was saying.
Compressed answers at press conference, relating to that:

2-8
TIGER: All I know is, a nurse called at 1:38 p.m., called the hotel operator
TIGER: Only the nurse was in the room at the time.
QUESTION: What about the bodyguard who administered CPR?
TIGER: He came in at a later time to administer CPR.
TIGER: They called hotel security. Then they called the Seminole Fire Rescue.

The "good ole girls" network is the best one to have...
(Matt Phillips is Hollywood Fire Rescue department spokesperson and CF=Captain Fitzgerald was an EMT on scene)
------------------------------------------------
Interviewer: Was she in the room alone?
Phillips: Stand by. (To someone else:Was she in the room alone?)
Unidentified voice: She was in the room alone, she was found by her body guard who is a Miami paramedic.) Unintelligible noise.
Phillips: She was found by our rescue crew, alone in the room, and we were notified by her personal bodyguard.
-----------------snip------------------
Int: Tell me what happened when you arrived.
CF: Seminole rescue was already in the room with a lot of Seminole security, also her bodyguard and her husband, Howard Stern was on scene. He was concerned ...... so he was giving us her medical history.
Int: What was the situation with her when you arrived at the room?
CF: Seminole rescue was attempting CPR at the time Hollywood rescue 74 stepped in and took over the scene, intubated the patient, that means put the tube down the throat. We started an IV, we pushed all the medications, we took took 12 EDKGs [?] we attempted pacing her which would be an external pacemaker for the heart and we had electrical captures but no mechanical capture, which meant we couldn't get her heart beating.
Int: Was she alive when you all arrived?
CF: No, she was unconscious and not breathing.
Int: What did the family members or the bodyguard tell you about what transpired in the minutes up to that.
CF: That he came back to the room and found her unconscious. He put her on the floor and started CPR and called for help.
They were called abrasions in the autopsy, not necessarily any bruising present.
They were on the front and back of the left and right pelvis area and did not happen during revival or resuscitation efforts.
That means they are small scrapes or scratches and if they bled some tiny amount, that meant they were ante-mortem.
I've thought about this a lot and my opinion, which could always change, is that it might have been something that happened when *someone* went through his jeans pockets, perhaps too roughly.
In order to do that, he would have had to have been already unconscious or half-conscious.
We heard about two pills that were found in the bed where either he or HKS had been; we heard about HKS finding pills in Daniel's jeans pockets, but it was implied that he did that back at the house, in Daniel's other jeans (he wasn't in them, IOW) - and we also heard on the tab TV show the other day (I did, anyway) when Jack Harding, the PI, appeared, that Harding's business card - which they showed close-up, on-screen - was found in Daniel's jeans pocket.
There was also another one where they specifically mentioned pushing Narcan, by name.
The press asked why and he said they always do that if it's a sudden unexplained collapse and there's any chance of a drug overdose, without knowing exactly what drugs.
Does it have the hot tub in back and a sky roof from which to flaunt ourselves?
Yeah, I have all of that part, I just clipped if for space. Fitzgerald said that.
That's what happens to drug addicts...her companion had to control her therefore he got her addicted to drugs. I think possibly Daniel's death is more questionable then Vicky's.
Or "so the perp would have you believe."
I can book the hot tub limo if you'd prefer that for your ride to the Firm meeting. It's not a problem...
"Jack Harding, the PI, appeared, that Harding's business card - which they showed close-up, on-screen - was found in Daniel's jeans pocket.
Confirming I heard that, too.
Oh, this wasn't recent - it was the first day, on the scene, while the chopper was over the ambulance. Probably same person, tho.
Thanks. It was "Nemesis Ltd." and reminded me just a little of the old Paladin "Have Gun Will Travel" TV intro, but didn't have a chess piece on it, lol.
