Anna Nicole's Baby Takes The Spotlight Next Week
(CBS4) NASSAU, Bahamas Next week is expected to be an important week in the Anna Nicole Smith case.
Not only is the medical examiner’s office in Broward expected to release her official cause of death, but a court ordered DNA test on her baby daughter Dannielynn is expected in the Bahamas. The test is expected to, once and for all, settle who is the baby’s father.
"I can't say what happened today, but I’m happy and in a great mood and we'll see. I'll be back here Tuesday," said Larry Birkhead.

I think Stern will be in jail by time the house thing gets settled. I am just glad the baby situation is moving forward.
Maybe, just maybe they all want Stern to stay put until the investigation is complete. Just so that they know where he is when it comes time to slap the handcuffs on.
I wonder if the Bahamas gets our news channels, and if they can watch Greta over there...

That stinking Stern is a monster, POS!! And he still has that precious little baby in his possesion. I can't believe it. All those scum sucking lawyers who are helping him, should be held responsible if anything happens to Dannielynn.
I feel so sorry for the way Danny was treated. Virgie must be going nuts, knowing her grandbaby is still living with Stern. How dare that bast--d, say one thing about Virgie. Larry B should have NEVER made any deals with that snake, imho. Talk about a case where truth is truly stranger than fiction.

But the photo they showed when they talked about the port was of Anna right after she gave birth - the baby wsa teeny tiny....so don't know exactly how soon after birth it was but it was very early on....that she had the port.

I agree and I think Thompson would agree to the delay also. I think everybody pretty well knows the rugs one by one are going to start being pulled out from under Stern here shortly. Stern is not winning in the Paternity issue. He goes under the magnifying glass on Tuesday as Birkhead's lawyers were asked to dig up the goods on Stern to prove he is is a unfit person. That should not be hard to do. I think the DNA swab has been already taken from the baby (sometime in the last 2 weeks or possibly after court today) and the results should be in on Tuesday - that why the expert DNA people will be there on Tuesday
I wonder if Stern is staying low and in the house due to death threats against him? I would think that Stern is pretty well disliked in the Bahamas.
I am sure that upper & middle class people on the island get satellite TV or possibly cable.
Aruba gets CNN - so most likely they have CNN also in the Bahamas

Why would G. Ben Thompson handed a $900,000.00 Estate over to Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K.Stern after she became pregnant with no written lease or sales agreement in place?
You would think a savvy, successful Real Estate Developer might know better.
Thompson spent the month between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2005 with Anna Nicole Smith in Key West, Florida, leaving Larry Birkhead behind to spend both holidays alone.
Anna Nicole, in mid-May 2006 INFORMED G.Ben Thompson that the baby was his. Don't you think that Anna could count backwards? The vasectomy was a farce I think. (I want evidence) Larry Birkhead denied being the father of Dannielynn Hope until May 31, 2006.
Mr. Gaither Ben Thompson/ Shelley's, on the day Anna Nicole Smith died,
procured and currently have possession of Dannielynn Hope's Birth Certificate! (and footprints etc.)
Mr.Thompson/ Shelley's and are leaking photographs, videos digital pictures that they admit to collecting from Anna's (their home) and damn well making some kind of ching ching from it! But who is ever asking them how much money they are making off of Anna?
Plus..... my Star magazine that I earlier reported stated:
Anna was in her 17th week of gestation when she secretly entered a treatment program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA last year. During her 18 day stay, doctors prescribed, methadone a heroin substitute that helps patients overcome addiction, the friend says. Concerned that hospital staff would report her drug use to child protection agencies, Anna eventually relocated to the Bahamas.
I took out my calendar and looked at it hoping for a conception date of Dec. 31st. That would put the hospital stay at the end of April. Larry on the stand said the detox was in April sometime, but this would be like the 30th. I am really not sure how to count baby weeks though? I could be wrong. But I do know that the Laurie Payne depo document includes an email from Anna, and I am quite sure it is dated May 9, 2006. Look and see if you see the same??

Well all I am saying is the dates don't add up for me... I wish they did though.

When we got the call that the baby was born, went to the hospital,
