You or I might call it reckless and irresponsible, even illegal. I think it was probably usual and customary behavior for her. She considers herself above being questioned.
I just finished reading an article in which she states she met with Perper and 'helped him shape his final assessment'.

Your question is what leads me to believe the State of California has withdrawn/suspended her DEA license to prescribe class 3 drugs. It's why I'm thinking we still don't know everything about this doctor. I've felt this from day one and feel even stronger now.

I just happened to turn my head to the TV and caught it. It was almost a blip.
KE has always said the ice bath was before they flew to FL. She said it got ANS's temp down enough that "she could fly" and they could leave Monday night.
I hadn't heard anything about blood and vomit before...

Sources say the judge has ordered the parties back in court Tuesday where experts in the DNA field will be called to testify. It is unclear whether some or all of the DNA samples will already have been taken for Tuesday's hearing.

It was that period when Steines had a sit-down with HKS and most of the interview was head shot after head shot in some living room environment, with HKS in front of a window looking out on the ocean.
Wracking my brain here, but it was right around funeral time, but can't recall if it was just before or just after. HKS was looking very dark (more than usual) and choosing his words very carefully, very slowly. Again, it was more than usual and all the camera angles were ECU's on his face and Steines's.
He shouldn't have chosen those words.

It certainly could. Also possible is something I thought the other day when comments she made about Daniel being lost were reported. Recordings could have been made and played while she slept, or more likely, was in a drug-induced stupor. KE being part of a conspiracy still fits because this would be right up a shrink's alley.

It has been a rollercoaster beginning with Opri and Larry severing their lawyer/client relationship.
Then we began to go into greater detail about Kristine Erosevich's role in all the bad stuff that has happened to Anna and Daniel since she and HK$ were so controlling of Anna, medically, psych and financial wise.
Then we tried to keep up with the Bahamian judge throwing out all the US attorneys at HK$ insistence. HK$ was a no show.
DNA testing has been ordered by the judge, but no word expected until Tuesday.
No word on the Horizons dispute that I am aware of.
Lots of details being refreshed and reconsidered.
Hope this helps - I am a bit of a dipper - not listening or watching CourtTV - usually wait for the Great Greta.

I know that Opri said to Rita Cosby that she was unable to do her job due to the growing influence of HKS upon her client LB. Do we buy this? Why would LB make nice with HKS?
