According to media reports, Dr. Cyril Wecht, the forensic pathologist that performed the second autopsy on 20-year-old Daniel Smith, is "Pointing the finger of blame at the doctor or doctors who prescribed the pills to Smith," and has blasted the doctor(s) who prescribed Daniel the "killer cocktail of anti-depressants and painkillers."

I feel like I was hallucinating. I went to MSNBCs site to look for Rita's interview with Opri today and there was NOTHING. Someone, please, tell me you saw that interview today, too. MSNBC sure doesn't promote Rita much do they? No wonder she's leaving. Maybe, they'll put something up on their website later. This is nuts!

TMZ has learned the judge in the paternity dispute over Anna Nicole's baby has made it clear -- DNA testing is about to happen.
Sources say the judge has ordered the parties back in court Tuesday where experts in the DNA field will be called to testify. It is unclear whether some or all of the DNA samples will already have been taken for Tuesday's hearing.

Not exactly stealing it when the baby throws up all over your shirt. I would have run that shirt to the nearest DNA lab post-haste.
I didn't see it, either - and no one has said. I went ASAP to find him online that night and there are two with no direct connection, as in geographic or otherwise, so I don't know who he is.
I'll keep trying, but doing lots of stuff right now, cross-checking some addresses and things.

"We really haven't been allowed to grieve with the way that this whole thing has been handled.
"And you know, it's going to be, I think, a little while before we're going to be able to experience real happy moments."
Daniel, 20, died on September 10 while visiting his mother in hospital in the Bahamas following the birth. Autopsies on the body remain inconclusive but both suicide and foul play have been ruled out.
Stern added, "We're still waiting to find out what the cause is. We also now have an indication that there may have been other prescriptive medication in his system."
