Yes, O'Quinn was crude and crass..
I guess the people who have faith in Virgie that she is only trying to force a DNA test, but not gain sole custody of the child, will have to see her lawyer in action...to believe it.

Unless she was Michelle Chase that time, or one of her other aliases.Has anyone considered that Anna didn't know about any of these aliases which bear no resemblance to her real or stage name?
Maybe HKS was telling these docs "oh we have this employee, Michelle Chase, and she's having some pain, and uh, can you help her out?".

It's a shame that o'Quinn's oratory does not match his reputation. I thought we were going to get a Jerry Spence from Texas.
Although he represents Virgie, I'm not sure he is speaking for her. Watching her on the stand, she seemed to genuinely respect Larry Birkhead as the likely father of her grandchild. Especially when she learned of the flowers he placed on Daniel's grave.
O'Quinn's interviews show the lawyer side of his argument for Virgie having the first bite of the custody apple.

She is and I also believe she is in kahoots with HKS. perhaps some of what was found on his computer was writing back and forth between he and KE about her drug doses. I saw her on ET and she cried the same non-tears as HKS.

IT fits, and since she wasn't in the habit of administering her own drugs, I think HKS is guilty of manslaughter at the least and if Daniel is relates (as I believe) murder.
