Consider me to be the devil's advocate here, in a manner of speaking. I'm still trying to be as objective as possible, though it's hard. Trying not to be influenced by the rumors and how the players may come across on the telly.
Thank you! Apparently, HKS would have emails to back up this story. He was indeed setting it up to be perceived as the helper-not enabler. I don't for a minute believe he was really going to take ANS to Dubai . . . for one thing, HIS "medications" would get him arrested.
Do you all think the approximate time that's reported should go into the TIMELINE? It also adds the sultan of Brunei as a PLAYER.
But we all know that HK$ supplied and administered drugs to ANS. That in itself is damning to HK$, father or not.

I understand what you are saying, but IMO, "if" ANS and HKS put his name on the birth certificate knowing full well he was not the daddy and then managed to avoid any DNA testing, HKS shouldn't even have standing in the "daddy issue"

Maybe. Maybe not. You have to be a certain kind of person to murder someone. Lot's of people know who murdered their loved one but don't turn around and kill them.
I really disliked Barth at first, during the hearing. After seeing her more in the ensuing time, I have more respect for her. I don't think she's the media hog that Opri is. At least, not yet.
Don't be fooled by Barth. She's not deserving of respect. She's evading and putting out false info. WRT Opri, she's gotta get out there in the media on behalf of her client because the media has done nothing but kiss HKS butt.

Just that custody issues are often more complex than simple paternity, and I can't find fault with that as it's meant to be in the best interests of the child ( flawed as our system may be.) She was simply throwing out there that Larry needs to be scrutinized, too, before final decisions are legalized.

Did you see her those last few months??? She was too doped up to be smarter than a chair. Much less a con!
Any MD can perform certain cosmetic things...they can do Lipo, laser, etc
Don't forget that Barf's legal argument was that maybe ANS didn't like Larry as an argument for custody. That is laughable.
She stayed incoherent the majority of the time. I can't imagine she had her wits about her in her drugged up state.
Blabbering Barf is keeping her 15 minutes of fame going.....off the dead body of ANS. She is no longer a part of any case concerning ANS.....unless, Goat is stupid enough to hire her for any felony charges coming his way. I hope, I hope, I hope.....
I haven't, either (heard much dirt on Larry.) There's a whole lot more to find out about HKS and the drugs. If he's a criminal, of course Larry should get the baby, if he's the dad. Remember, I'm not taking any sides here.
I don't know if Barth booked herself on these shows or not. I always thought the shows call the people they want, and if they don't get who they want when they want, they'll book somebody else. Now, I love Pro Pindar, and he's been on TV a whole bunch, too!
I wonder if they could consider the drugging while pregnant in rehab as attempted murder. Remember Scott Peterson was charged with murder on his unborn child.

Barf probably has an agent. Why any program would want her is a puzzle.....maybe for comic relief? She's no longer a player in the cases that are ongoing. Pro Pindar is.
