But none of that changes the mathematical possibilites of "two related people" "dying in different places" "within a particularly small timeframe from the "Time last seen alive until time of death" with ONLY ONE PERSON IN COMMON who had direct access to both and were a contolling factor in both lives.
I think I heard on CTV, earlier, that Vergie is asking for "protective" custody until DLs daddy can be established and it is shown that he's able to care for her. Ms. Rose is Vergies attorney in the Bahamas for the hearing tomorrow.

I think it is safe to assume that if the report is true. The injection site is in an area that ANS could have reached herself. That's not saying she was or was not the injector though. My guess is that it was Demerol that was injected.
Now today is my turn to run errands... I am also going to pick up some of the rag magazines while I am out.

Her bodyguard claims two year affair...
Anna Nicole Smith’s bodyguard has jumped into the paternity battle now, stating her could be the father of her five month child.
Bodyguard Alex Denk admitted he had had a two-year relationship with Smith, saying on TV show Extras: "She always told me she wanted to have kids with me."
Although Mr Denk said that he wasn't sure that he was the father he confessed that "there's always a possibility".
This latest potential father means potential father count is now five. Ms Smith's partner and lawyer Howard Stern, whose name is on the birth certificate, claims to be the daddy alongside former partner Larry Birkhead and Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband Prince Frederic Von Anhalt.
Ms Smith's sister thinks Dannielynn could be the result of the preserved sperm of the oil giant J. Howard Marshall who Smith married in 1994.

TMZ has obtained an air waybill that was in a computer found in Anna Nicole's home in the Bahamas after she died -- the waybill describes two powerful prescription drugs that were sent to Anna's Bahamas mailing address when she was eight months pregnant.
The name of the doctor on the waybill is Maurice Levy, who practices internal medicine in Beverly Hills. The airbill shows the following drugs were sent to Vickie Marshall (aka Anna Nicole Smith) in the Bahamas on or about August 8, 2006 -- Vitamin B12, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin Gama, Dalmane (a drug for sleeping disorders) and Demerol (a morphine-like drug).
TMZ has spoken to Dr. Levy, who confirmed that prescriptions were sent but not written for Anna. Dr. Levy would not say for whom they actually were written. He also would not say why they were sent to Vickie Marshall if they were not for her.
Dr. Levy also told TMZ his relationship with Anna was "professional and not personal." He added, "I did some cosmetic thing, that's all."
I kind of feel that way about Ben Thompson and the Shelleys. They were instrumental in finding ANS a place to go to in order to keep Larry away from his child. That's just wrong.
ANS and Goat were nothing more than scam artists. Ben Thompson was thinking with a body part other than his brain and the Shelleys seem like star struck teenagers. NOBODY considered what was best for DL.

Don't know, but Tmz has had this for a while and sat on it. Harvey Levin said last week (or before) that they had already talked to this Dr.
OK - but my understanding is that intramuscular injection medications should never be injected directly into a vein and that only RNs or MDs should perform IVs because of the complexity of intravenous procedures. IVs usually require a shunt i.e. chemotherapy or drips.
Is this incorrect?

Yes i did see this TMZ story. But didn't know that Virgie wants temporary custody. That's a good find. I hope it's true. At least it would get her away from HKS and back in the US. Doubt it will be granted tho.

So could ANS just call and ask for prescriptions for whoever she wanted to?
