Holy cats. Isn't just possessing one of those things a crime in the US, if you're not the doc with his/her name on the pad that is.
Right. We know he was lying on the stand now. So who's gonna believe this story about Dubai? My theory, in case anyone missed it, was that she went to FLA for rehab (w/ his knowledge) and was planning (w/o his knowledge) to tell what he did to Daniel. She slipped and let it out in a fit of rage (at which time she may have gotten the bump on her head). He wouldn't have her tell so he killed her. And this explains why she "didn't need any supervision" at the Hard Rock, but was by all appearances being supervised at all times.
Interesting!! Well we know that they are handling Stern with kid gloves. Remember Seidlin had to make deals and promises just to get him to come back to the country for that hearing. That's got to leave a bad taste in these people's mouth. If Howard was so willing to fight for "Anna's wishes" then why did he need all of these promises to come and do it. I hope they bust him big time. I've got my fingers crossed but I'm scared he's gonna get away with.
I liken my position/thinking to Greta Van Susteren's. I couldn't believe O'Quinn , as an attorney, said what he said in accusing Stern of murder. Sometimes I'm a bit puzzled by folks coming up with all the conspiracy/premeditation theories surrounding Danny's and Anna's deaths. It's kinda like Bush Derangement Syndrome:) I'm not talking about we on this thread alone, but those on all the other message boards, too. Not that I myself haven't prejudged people at times. I have. Sometimes it's real hard not to, and my imagination is as active as anyone elses!
We just have to wait for Perper's press conference and any police press conferences/statements, and go from there. At that time, we'll have more real "meat" to speculate on.

Exclusive: Anna Nicole Smith's death, murder or suicide?
It has been more than a month since Anna Nicole Smith died, and we still don't have any official toxicology reports or a cause of death. GaySocialites.com has exclusively talked with a source who is involved in the investigation and claims that the results may point to either murder or suicide.
Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper was set to release his results last week, but decided to wait after Seminole police found some evidence that might change what Perper listed as Anna Nicole Smith's cause of death.
Our source, who is very close to the investigation and has presented us with verifiable and solid leads in the past says that Anna Nicole Smith, just like her son Daniel, died of a lethal mix of drugs in her system.
"The toxicology results show large amounts of Methadone in Anna Nicole Smith's system at the time of her death," our source told GaySocialites.com exclusively.
"In addition to Methadone she had another drug that when mixed with Methadone could be deadly," our source added.
"Unlike Daniel, I'm told that Anna Nicole didn't mix an antidepressant with Methadone. Instead her results show Methadone and a pain killer similar to, if not, Demerol, " according to our source.
Here's the creepier part: Our source told me that Dr. Perper had intended to pronounce Anna Nicole Smith's death as a suicide based on the lethal amounts of Methadone and Demerol in her system. However, some evidence on a computer left in Anna Nicole Smith's room that may have belonged to Howard K. Stern could change Perper's mind.
"Instead of suicide," our source says, "I think this is going to be looked at as murder."
Could it really be true? Was Anna Nicole Smith murdered? Our source told me that is likely that the person who put the drugs in Anna Nicole's system (whether it was her or someone else) did so with the intention of killing her. There were evidently just too high of dosages in her system.
Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur warned her via Nancy Grace, right after Daniel's death, to watch out for herself because she might be the next to die. Little did Smith or Arthur know that her mother was foreshadowing her fate. Arthur also accused Howard K. Stern of murdering Daniel in that same interview. Could she have been right about that too?
Anna Nicole Smith died in Florida on February 8. She leaves behind a 6-month-old daughter Dannielynn who is currently the center of a custody battle between Stern, Arthur and Smith's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead.

I wonder if the plan is to arrest the doctors first on whatever they've got on them. Then maybe a deal could be reached to get to the BIG FISH (the stinky one).
We were getting pretty close to Daniel's inquest. I'm sure Howard was up to his "Directing" and Anna didn't believe what he was telling her to say.
Right now, I'm thinking about KE and don't believe Anna was THAT upset because she was leaving. Mo and Taz were coming in and I really think she had a fondness for them and of course, the Gibson's were coming to. She was excited about the boat and would be home within the next 24-36 hours. Naw, Anna wasn't upset about KE leaving at all.
I missed that too. And when was it found? Was it among the allegedy "stolen" items? Or was it found later? I haven't heard of any search warrants or searches done on that property.
I really think O'Quinn is seeing a pay off. That being said I really believe that Virgie thinks that Howard killed Daniel and Anna. Initially she may have suspected Daniel but with Anna dying the way she did and taking into account all of the deals Howard has done I think that is where she is coming. We're all speculating and we don't have a dog in this fight. That doesn't go for Virgie. She's lost a grandchild and a daughter and believes the man who is responsible is Stern. O'Quinn could be feeding off of that and using it to his advantage.
I've always followed celeb gossip. I can tell you that people have never trusted Stern or Anna. When Stern announced he was Dannielynn's father hardly anyone bought it. I must admit I do like the term Stern Derangement Syndrome...LOL. We need a list of symptoms people...
HKS did say she hadn't done methadone in 5 months. Didn't Howie tell Larry that she couldn't live without her drugs? And if she hadn't done meth in 5 months, then why did they have truckloads of drugs with them in FLA?
If they are looking at the laptop from the Hard Rock, chances are it is not one that Ford Shelley got, right?

The "I Hate Mom" tape and the pictures of Anna, Daniel and Dannie Lynn in the hospital showing everyone happy and alive". He just couldn't wait until morning to take those pictures.
We would learn why only a few hours later.
I see a Royal Flush in the near future.
I also think ET may be in big trouble because of the possibility that they have been editing the tapes for Howard....kinda like planting evidence.

One of my scenarios for a while has been this: Anna WAS suicidal since Danny's death, and Howard and Dr. Khristine were working together to help prevent her from taking her life and trying to wean her from the drugs. Anna may well have refused to enter a rehab. I had these thoughts well before this Dubai story hit. Anna really did go downhill since DS died, and it's pretty obvious those close to her were very worried. Were mistakes made? Surely. Have Stern and others made mistakes? Surely. Are certain doctors who prescribed for Anna in trouble? Absolutely.
I imagine Christmas 2006 was extremely difficult for Anna, as it was the first without Danny. We see the evidence of that in the Christmas video. Then she had to face what would have been Danny's 21st birthday. Add to these horrific things all the legal wranglings, money troubles, etc, and I believe she was on the brink more than not. Add to all this, her drug troubles, mood swings, physical illnesses, perhaps post partum depression in the mix- and the recent possible suicide attempts. I'm sure at times she tried to rally, but it was simply too much. Having said all that, might Howard be in danger of a charge of manslaughter? Possibly.
Whooooaaaa! Busted! BTW, a friend and i had dinner the other night and he had Stern Derangement Syndrome. I bet him $50 that HKS would be arrested within a month. Fingers crossed everybody!

I just HOPE those investigating are competent enough to put the case together for those results. Fingers crossed!
