My theory, in case anyone missed it, was that she went to FLA for rehab (w/ his knowledge) and was planning (w/o his knowledge) to tell what he did to Daniel. She slipped and let it out in a fit of rage (at which time she may have gotten the bump on her head). He wouldn't have her tell so he killed her. And this explains why she "didn't need any supervision" at the Hard Rock, but was by all appearances being supervised at all times.

Yes, that is odd in itself and if the investigators don't pick up on it, they are stupid. This woman was NEVER alone, ever. Except this convenient little 15 minute window that SHE DIED.
