Thread Number Two
That's the way i see it happening. Something like that anyway. First off, we know he wasn't in the ambulance. That wouldn't have been the case if he didn't have something "more important" to deal with first. The cops were already there. They all knew she was dead anyway. So the cops could've said "we need to ask you some questions right now before you forget something". I don't think that he'd have had the opportunity to get stuff outta the room once the cops were there. No way. So that's not what the "more important" thing was.
The whole "catatonic/fetal position" thing doesn't pass the smell test imo. Sedated? maybe. However, he needed to keep a clean cool head after having been questioned by the cops. There might be more questions. So he may have opted not to be sedated.
Yes, it was Brigitte, but she wasn't sitting in the bedroom with Tas. She was out in the living area, waiting for ANS to wake up so she could say hello to her.
Exactly.
Mirror, ice-bath, foot rub, water in the mouth of an unconscious person.
Hard to say these people are medical professionals.
I remember Alex Goen saying HKS was incoherent on the phone, but then later we heard that he was able to call up one of the husbands who had gone to Horizons and give orders about what to do about the house and said he'd be there right away.
The "catatonic/fetal" statements came from Team HKS, Rale and sister Bonnie, and may have been exaggerated/fabricated in order to elicit sympathy.
I'm hanging on to faith that the cops would be able to determine the difference between ANS's words and HKS's words, if that's the case.
" BTW, I caught part 1 of 2 with KE last night on ET. She is lying and she is hiding something. At one point she pretended to cry -- the same crocodile tears. She also said the fever was Monday and ANS was better on Wednesday so she felt fine leaving, but ANS was very upset that she was leaving her and now she regrets leaving. Part 2 tonight."
I agree with you about KE hiding something. I saw KE when she was pretending to cry over ANS, and I thought she appeared to be very phony. KE has also said that Anna told her she just didn't know if she could go on.
I don't trust her and her very close relationship with HKS. KE has been talking to Perper and I'm guessing she has been pushing suicide as the cause of death. KE being another doctor, could easily be believed by Perper. I'm so worried that Perper will go with suicide due to KE telling him Anna was depressed and didn't think she could go on living.

Maira Oliveira - All Headline News Reporter
Miami, FL (AHN) - After two additional pieces of evidence were submitted to medical examiner, Dr. Joshua Perper, Bahamian authorities and Florida Seminole Police have gathered to discuss the investigation into Anna Nicole Smith's death.
Paul Farquharson, Royal Bahamas Police Commissioner, confirmed meetings were in effect this week but did not state specifics.
Earlier reports had surfaced about prosecutors in Florida meeting to open a homicide case, however, Ron Ishoy, spokesperson for the Broward County state attorney's office, has denied such meeting ever occurred on Wednesday.
According to AP, he said, "There was no meeting today; there was no meeting yesterday. We are continuing to help law enforcement agencies and the medical examiner as they try and figure out the nature of this death.
"This is not a homicide investigation."
Meanwhile, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Robert A. Schnider has rejected the request of Smith's former lover, Larry Birkhead, asking that Howard K. Stern submit to DNA testing to resolve the paternity matter of six-month-old Dannielynn.
However, another hearing is set to take place on March 28, where both parties are expected to present their arguments.
Smith died on February 8 when she was found unconscious in her hotel suite at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida.
Anna Nicole death still being probed
Thursday, March 15, 2007
Anna Nicole's death is still being probed. Authorities are still working to establish the cause of Anna Nicole Smith's death - but insist a murder investigation isn't under way.
The Broward County state attorney's office has said they are still working with other bodies to determine what happened to the former Playboy Playmate, who died in a Florida hotel room in February.
Spokesman Ron Ishoy said: "We are continuing to help law enforcement agencies and the medical examiner as they try and figure out the nature of this death."
He added: "This is not a homicide investigation."
Ishoy also denied news reports that prosecutors had met with Seminole police to discuss Anna Nicole's death.
"There was no meeting today; there was no meeting yesterday," said the spokesman.
It's been reported that Seminole tribal police and Bahamian authorities are meeting about the investigation.
Royal Bahamas Police Commissioner Paul Farquharson and some detectives were in Florida meeting the Seminoles, Assistant Commissioner Reginald Ferguson confirmed.
A spokesman for the Seminole tribe - who owned the land where the starlet died - did not return phone calls seeking comment.

DNA To Solve Anna Nicole Baby Riddle
Created: Thursday, 15 Mar 2007, 7:00 AM EDT
The mystery over who is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter will soon be solved.
A US judge has given the go-ahead for a DNA test later this month to end the custody battle over six-month-old Dannielynn.
The dead former Playboy's boyfriend Howard K Stern, 39, and ex-lover Larry Birkhead, 32, along with four other men, claim to be the father.
Birkhead's lawyer Debra Opri told Stern: "Put up or shut up, that's what we're asking for."
Birkhead is convinced the DNA test will prove his claims.
He said: "I've been putting a nursery together so I'm smiling - in a good mood."
But Stern's lawyer countered: "He is the presumed father until one of the 12 or whatever people claiming to be Dannielynn's father can come in and prove it."
Stern currently has custody of the child, who could potentially inherit millions of dollars from her mother's estate.
Frederic von Anhalt, the husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor, also says he may be the father.
He has launched legal proceedings against Fox and Bill O'Reilly after the talk show host called him a "fraud" for staking his claim.
Zsa Zsa's husband sues Bill O'Reilly for calling him a fraud
LOS ANGELES The German prince who is married to Zsa Zsa Gabor and claims to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby has filed more legal documents in L-A -- this time against Fox and Bill O'Reilly.
Last month's filing sought a D-N-A test to determine if he is the baby girl's father.
Yesterday he sued O'Reilly and his network after the talk show host called him a phony for claiming he could be the father of the baby.
Von Anhalt filed a defamation suit seeking at least 10 (m) million dollars.
The claim stems from comments the talk show host made on "The O'Reilly Factor."
O'Reilly called von Anhalt "a fraud" and said his "credibility is finished."
Von Anhalt says that he's been getting dirty looks at the grocery store and receiving insulting e-mails since O'Reilly made his on-air remarks.

Larry starts work on nursery
Thursday, March 15, 2007
Larry Birkhead is apparently building a nursery for DannielynnLarry Birkhead - one of the men who claims he's the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby girl - is apparently so confident about proving he's the infant's dad that he's preparing a nursery.
The photographer, speaking to reporters after the latest hearing in his ongoing paternity battle in Los Angeles, said he's started work on a room for six-month-old Dannielynn.
"I've been putting a nursery together, so I'm smiling. I'm in a good mood," he said.
Later that afternoon, Larry was apparently spotted shopping at an LA branch of Babies 'R' Us where, according to TMZ.com, he snapped up a wealth of pink clothes, white nursery furniture, an antique cot, a changing table, safety gates and toys.
During the private court hearing, a judge refused to grant Larry's request that Anna Nicole's partner Howard K Stern submit to a paternity test, although Superior Court Judge Robert Schnider agreed to review the request and scheduled a follow-up hearing for March 27.
Talking about the time he spent with Dannielynn in the Bahamas, where the courts have ordered that she must remain for now, Larry said: "It was one of the greatest things in my life. It was magic."
Howard's lawyer, James Neavitt, has warned that resolving the question of Dannielynn's biological father through the courts is likely to "take months".
Prince Frederic von Anhalt, husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor, has also said he may be the father.
Anna Nicole Smith died in a Florida hotel in February.

TMZ.com, the 16-month-old venture that has grown into an online behemoth by chronicling the antics of Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and other boldface names, is setting up shop in the nation's capital.
Harvey Levin, the former television reporter who started the operation, plans to launch the spinoff site in about a month. People familiar with the effort say that Levin plans to focus on the foibles of members of Congress, administration officials and media personalities.
TMZ spokeswoman Gillian Sheldon declined to discuss the details, saying only that ``big celebrities are everywhere--even outside of Hollywood.'' Levin has been meeting with people here in an effort to find a D.C. bureau chief and build a network of free-lancers who will contribute material for the new site, to be known as TMZDC.
Stern cant hide behind a fake birth certificate
03/15/2007 12:12
A Los Angeles judge denied a motion by Smiths former boyfriend asking that Smiths partner would be forced to immediately give a sample of his DNA for the ongoing paternity case.
TMZ.com reported that photographer Larry Birkhead, the late models former boyfriend, one of the men who claim to be Smiths babys father, asked a judge to make Howard K. Stern come to California and submit to DNA testing to determine exactly who Dannielynn Sterns father really is.
After the hearing, Birkheads attorney, Debra Opri said she was confident that Stern, who is listed as the babys father in her birth certificate, would be made to come to California.
Put up or shut up, thats what were asking for, Opri said. She also said Stern cant hide behind a fake birth certificate and that his feet will be held to the fire.
However, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Robert A. Schnider denied Birkheads motion, but left the possibility that he could change his mind later this month, open. He asked instead that both sides would present their arguments during the next hearing which will take place in Los Angeles on March 28.
Associated Press reported that Ron Rale, a lawyer who had represented Smith argued against the DNA request, saying Sterns name is already on the birth certificate as the father, Playfuls.com reported.
Howard Stern doesnt have to go to Larry Birkhead for anything, Rale said.
Birkhead, for his part, said, Im just doing what I have to do for my daughter, and that for him, holding Dannielynn for the first time in the Bahamas was like being in the delivery room.
Birkhead said he has made no agreement with Stern about the child.
My daughter is not for sale, he said.

Seminole Police have been working with Bahamian police in evaluating evidence on a computer that was inside the hotel room where Anna Nicole Smith expired.

That would be good! But not for Gibson.
