John O'Quinn, Virgies attorney, doesn't appear to be "all there", IMO.
This is not the first time he referred to Larry Birkhead as Larry Birkman. Greta was kind and didn't correct him. His speech is slow and somewhat slurred.
I recall that he "fainted" at the hearing, and the excuse for that ranged from "he tripped" to "he was diabetic".
I'm concerned about his health..strange as that sounds.

KING: That looks like an official investigation into possible chicanery.
RALE: We know that there's an inquest pending in the Bahamas. And I don't give any -- any credence to that. It's -- it's going to unfold and everybody will see that there's no basis for any kind of criminal allegations.
KING: Do you represent Howard Smith, too?
RALE: Howard Stern?
KING: Howard Stern, I'm sorry.
RALE: No, I don't. I represent Anna Nicole Smith. And I did in the paternity case, which she is no longer a party to, in Los Angeles. And now we have her estate. And I'll represent right now that I will be working in a capacity on behalf of her estate because I think, as Howard's sister mentioned, there is a will that was executed by Anna Nicole. And I am named as executor of that will, as well as Howard Stern.
KING: So this means you and Howard Stern are the executors of the will. That means you will distribute moneys, what is said in the will, you will oversee the handling of the proceeds of the will?
RALE: Well, we're kind of jumping ahead because there's no probate officially pending right now. And I'll -- just to be specific, Howard Stern is named first as executor. And I'm the second executor...
KING: And what do executors do?
RALE: They're in charge of -- I'm not a probate specialist. But, you know, basically, they're in charge of management of the estate-- of the probate estate. So how it's going to unfold, I can't tell you right now. But that's -- this is developing for us, too.
KING: You always knew there was a will?
RALE: Yes. I mean, I have known that there's a will.
KING: Have you seen the will?
RALE: I've seen the will.
KING: Strange for a girl that young to do a will, isn't it?
RALE: Not really.
KING: No?
RALE: No.
KING: You know many 37 year-olds that do a will?
RALE: I mean, Larry, lots of people do wills at different ages. And, you know, Anna did a will.
KING: When does it go to probate?
RALE: You know, these kind of questions I don't want to answer right now. But there are so many things developing. But, obviously, there's going to be a probate.
KING: But Howard and you are the trustees of the will?
RALE: Executors of the will. We're not appointed officially yet. So...
KING: But she wanted you.
RALE: And the reason why I bring that up is because there are some developments, obviously. Anna's house was broken into in the Bahamas and there's been a dissemination of photographs, videos and other articles of Anna's, which are now really part of her estate. And we're trying to give heads-up notice to people to don't accept anything which hasn't agreed to first by myself or Howard Stern.
I think this proves Rale is a liar. He was being very disingenuous about the will...I believe he wrote it.

I think he and HKS have been conspiring since they were law partners to get their hands on ANS's money, should they prevail in the law suit against the Marshall's.
Something else I have not seen mentioned is that Ford Shelley, when questioned about why he wasn't at the funeral, said HKS told him he was no longer invited and if he showed up he might be arrested. Ford said HKS implied that he had some connections with law enforcement in the Bahamas. I hope that connection is severed now, and he is arrested!

Greta countered him saying nobody had accused anybody of murder - but OQuinn came back and said - there HAVE been such accusations....then Greta said - well by you.....then cut that line of interview off. At least there is one attorney in the mix who thinks (as some of us do) that Stern is indeed a murderer. (I know not all agree with this accusation - yet).

BIG MOE: OK, when I woke up, I went in and checked with them.

BIG MOE: She was - I saw her moving around a little bit and she seemed tired, she was sleeping. I mean, she don't wake up, she - her routine was, especially since her son died, is sleep for a couple hours, wake up for a couple hours, and move around, eat, watch TV or whatever, and then go back to sleep. So, I figured that she was just tired. I said, "look," I stuck my head in. I said, "look, I'm going downstairs to eat - will eat breakfast with my wife. I'll be back up." Because I knew Howard had to go get the boat because the day prior Anna was like, can you get our boat so we can ride back because we all was going - I was going to ride back with them.
VAN SUSTEREN: They were taking delivery of their boat.

BIG MOE: We was going to get the boat and then we'll go back to the Bahamas to her new house that's being built, to dock it in her dock. She had her own dock back there. So, Howard went - after I ate my breakfast, I came back upstairs and Howard, along with the captain, King Eric, who is Shane Gibson's dad, came over to captain the boat to help go back. And I had to leave, you know, I had to leave to do an errand for about 20 minutes. So, I asked my wife to just sit there and if she needed - because I knew she wasn't feeling well. I asked if she needed something to drink or if she needed help going to the bathroom, can you help her? She was like, no problem. Because Anna knew my whole family like that. And about five minutes into it, well, not five minutes, but about 15 minutes after, I think it was 15 - yeah, it was about 15 - 10 or 15 minutes I called my wife to check on her.
I agree with you. I heard the slurred speech in that interview, and actually because of the time of the evening I thought that he might have had a few cocktails.
I had forgotten about the fainting during the hearing. Two nights in a row, and his live appearances have been puzzling.
Remember how Moe went in the ambulance with Anna but we didn't know where HKS was? Maybe he was asked to "stick around" and be interrogated by the cops at that time.
Sounds like Howard has been making those methadone smoothies for him.

Moe said that HKS showed up later on at the hospital and KE says that HKS got to "spend some time" with her body that evening.
Have no idea when any of this would've been - especially without him leaving his hotel room for however many hours his sister said it was, 2-3 days or something, lol.
