I would be surprised if HKS is involved in the day to day care of the baby. I am thinking Mrs. Gibson or another nanny are the caretakers.

So would i. Is Mrs. Gibson taking care of the baby at Horizons tho? I wonder if Stern had someone come in and sweep the place for "bugs" when he got back?

I laid down for a couple hours but could not go into a full sleep due to hip pain. So I got back up and I am still here.

If Anna does not own the home... then her residency is a fraud. This means her estate cannot be probated in the Bahamas. It also means that child could be placed into the care of Social Services.

Remember how much trouble the Clinton Administration (Janet Reno) went thru to work with the government of Cuba to return little Elian Gonzalez to his father? Why aren't they working things out with the Bahaman authorites on little Dannielynn's behalf?

I do NOT understand all this 'settlement' talk! What is there to settle? HKS is not that baby's father. He is not Anna Nicole Smith's husband. He is at most her lawyer. Just because he was stupid enough to hang on to her for 12 years does not give him any entitlement legally to ANYTHING. At best, is the executor of her estate. That is the only thing needing settled and the settling on that part is settling all her DEBT.

The fact that these slimeballs are all throwing the settlement word is just assinine.

I believe that there were several filings by Thompson and that they have now been thrown into one when comes to the house and her residency.

Larry also has a filing on her residency fraud that also has been combined into the paternity/custody issues.

I am way behind, as usual. I view that Natl. Enquirer report re: Daniel's tox results being fabricated very sceptically. I recall Dr. Wecht saying that he did send samples from Daniel to a lab in the US for testing, and if he did, he would not have been relying solely on the tox reports from the Bahamian coroner.
Earlier on, I also presumed Daniel was not known to do drugs, illegal or otherwise, but now am thinking that may well not have been the case. My thinking is only based on hearsay, as it most of what we have based our opinions on is. We'll see.

For that matter, her will (and estate) has nothing to do with Dannielynn if they want to bring up the will.

The will excludes Dannielynn from anything, so if I were them, I'd let that whole will thing go.

Check out this link. I'm going back to the botox (botulinum toxin) OD again for a minute. This link is about Botox side effects. Let's say she had the botox injected into the area around her mouth. Let's say HKS gave her an OD of the botox to make it appear an accidental botox death. You'll see A LOT of the symptoms we're told Anna had. Only one of which is "stiffness" (her mouth was stiff)

Perper may have misspoke, but thus far he's been very careful of his wording, so it's a puzzle. I trust him- think he's thorough and this case is too high profile for him to try any funny business if he was so inclined, and I think he's not.

I truly believe that it will happen like a domino effect.
I main issue is proving she does not own the home. Once that is done the rest will fall down with it.

They clearly do things differently in the Bahamas then we do. The CTV gal explained it per the laws in the Bahamas. She may have it all wrong but I do know they combined all the Thompson suits together into one.

And the same thing happened to the Birkhead suits.

I want HKS to lose his license for not removing himself as her attorney before becoming supposedly sexually involved with her.

I think all this 'I am her father' jazz may get him in trouble because that would put him as her practicing attorney FIRST, then in a relationship with her, THEN her attorney (in front of the Supreme Court). That violates SO many ethics laws, doesn't it?

I agree with you. Intentional overdose or accidental. Here's a question for anyone: If Perper determines cause is accidental or a combo of natural/accidental, could the police still pursue a criminal case based on her doctors and/or Howard S. supplying Anna illegaly with meds? Add to that, could Virgie still pursue a civil case re: the same?

I think the TIME element between the time "from last seen alive until time of death" will come into play as well as the fact that Howard was the last to see either alive.

I think Howard might get arrested sooner than he thinks. It sure seems that people are setting the stage for it between the police running back and forth and the coyness of Perper. I think Perper wants to double check everything because he would be the primary witness in any murder trial.

Accidental or suicide is a coward's call under these circumstances because neither was a "natural death".

Do you really think Perper would taint his finding? Because it will likely have to be confirmed by someone else.

I think we have a few hidden players here. I don't know who they are so I'm trying to be patient.

I don't think Jackie Hatten was a friend of ANS for some time before she died. She probably was, at some point earlier, but I believe Anna strongly disliked Jackie in the end, and I also think she strongly disliked Bobby Trendy. I believe both Jackie and Bobby embellish and, well, flat-out lie.

I think one thing we can all take solace in is that Howard K. Stern is forever in law textbooks under "What not to do". In other words, he is forever shown as an example of the ultimate screw up.
