You MAY be entitled to some benefits under these ceremonies but NOT Federal benefits. Would that throw the USSC win out the window?? The issue was whether pursuit of the Marshall monies could be tried in a Federal Court, IIRC.
The dynamics are odd with those two. Just from reading the transcript it seems that Pol is not very assertive. It's like he's waiting for cues from Patrik. Still to their credit during the graveside service their tears seemed very sincere.
I don't know. I'm scared he's going to say it was a suicide and all of this will be released so as to take the spotlight off of Howard to help with paternity and those other issues.

Did you catch where one said that ANS had pneumonia for a while? Where did they get that info? That's what the Enquirer said too.
It continues acting for up to 52 hours, so it is stored for a longer period of time than many other drugs.
That's why it's so easy to overdose on it - the actual effects an addict or abuser or even a user gets only last a few hours, so they take more, not knowing there is still so much in their system.

The only time it's pressed is when Howard is using it to deflect some new evidence that makes him look bad. He's the only one that harps on it.

Howard now has to "anticipate" what questions he will be asked at any hearing and what his answer will be. He obviously did that in the Seidlein Court when he was asked about the drugs. I don't think he really expected that and NEVER anticipated that the clown video would be shown.
Seidlein set up Howard "Royally" for future perjury. There was one drug that the judge asked Howard about that Howard said he did not know anything about. Anyone take notes or remember what the drug was?
I think it was hydromorphone, because he didn't call it Dilaudid. Could be wrong, I'll check my notes.
Could we get a copy of the court transcripts using FOIA??
We eventually will know the EXACT date that video was made. It might match up with something else of importance.

Dilaudid came up before the hearing.
Dilaudid is the what the wrappers came from in hotel room.
I recall "wrappers" instead of "wrapper" being found in waste basket in the hotel room. I know some people (not you) have been referring to it as only one wrapper.
Can't say I'm really surprised. As I watched Opri the other day I thought she really is Gloria Allred (Bloom's mother) to the tenth power. GA was good in her time, but Opri is a pit bull in high heels. Opri is what Allred probably aspired to be when she was a younger lawyer.
I haven't seen anyone getting it, been waiting and hoping. Lots have video clips, some may be online, but I don't have a video card on this puter, so I haven't seen them, or I'd transcribe.
