are you all watching CTV?

Pinder said once again that if Stern does not take the DNA test to prove he is the father (they cannot order it - but they can ask him to do it) If Stern refuses then he is no longer the presumed father.

That's exactly why I've never believed he has had criminal case in mind. I'm afraid his choices were between accidental overdose or suicidal overdose.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of evidence to be gathered on the side of suicidal, simply through so many public statements of ANS's.

I'm hoping against hope that this isn't the case at all, but he's just speaking too freely for anything that might bring criminal charges.

Pinder rocks...

They asked him if they really wore curly white haired wigs and gowns in court...

He said of course we wear wigs and gowns but we are not sissy's (he had a big grin on)

Pinder said he will bring his wig and gown later to show it to the CTV reporters

She also allegedly asked Jackie Hatten to be Dannielynn's godmother. Either lots of people are making things up, or ANS just said that to everybody.

Can't remember who said it, but they remarked that it wasn't like ANS was going to be running Dannielynn down to the church for a christening.

Perhaps "godfather" or "godmother" meant something a little different to her.

Jean from CTV who is in the Bahamas is saying that she has learned that Birkhead's Bahamian Lawyers are known to be the best in the Bahamas. (Jean is staying fairly neutral without giving her opinions - she is just giving facts out about the court proceeding and what has been filed in the Bahamas)

(I must say Bloom really dislikes Opri)

Also they said that they doubt that Ford Shelley would face any breaking and entering/theft charges in the Bahamas. This issue is not being pressed with local LE.

You know, Wecht made that incredible statement that he knew for sure, without knowing anything about the ANS autopsy details, that she didn't die from methadone.

I was thinking he said there wouldn't be any methadone found in her system, but I believe it was just that she didn't die from it. I thought at the time he was parsing, because he felt she would have such a high tolerance to it, that huge amounts wouldn't faze her.

I think if Shelley had taken the stuff to his home, the whole matter would be viewed differently. It sounds like he sought advice and I'm betting he has some evidence of Anna's instructions, i.e., she told TWO people which can corroborate "Anna's Wishes"...to put it in Stern language.

Of course! The child who hadn't had her shots to be seen by real father or grandmother at 5.5 months *did* manage to go on a seafaring voyage at age 3 weeks!

And I might add, the baby who had also been taken to sailing regattas and passed around to all the folks onboard to hold.

Pinder said (word for word)...

The point is the the lawyers have to push this, they have to argue that a DNA test is indispensable to the resolution to the case on the merits. Once they press that and push him up in the corner and if he doesn't take the test then he loses the case because the DNA test would be indispensable. So it depends on the arguments of the lawyers more than upon the judge ordering that someone take a test because a person cannot be forced to do anything.

Then the CTV reporter says.... ok then if he does not take the test then the presumption is that he is not the father.

This is for me...

Does methadone leave the system quickly or is it stored in the tissues?
