YEs - I saw Greta review the Duke Lacrosse Rape (now assault/kidnapping) case. It's been one year since that made up attack story happened.

And all those team members VOLUNTARILY took DNA tests right after the accusations were made by that faker. Why? Because they KNEW they had not touched her. And there was zero of their DNA found on that woman.

That info was known by Nifong EARLY on but he did not turn it over to the defense after saying that he had. It wasn't until Oct or Nov or Dec that the defense learned this fact! Then everything crumbled for Nifong and now he is out as the investigator and under investigation by the NC Bar.

But he is STILL the district attorney for Durham! And those boys are STILL waiting for their day in court (or before court) to clear their names.

That is why it is clear to me that Anna's saga is going to go on for years ..... not months. Her baby's and her killer's situation is a lot more complex.

If Larry is the father -- and I believe he is --- she should settle for being happy that her Granddaughter will ahve a father that adores her and will do his best to give her a good, loving and stable, home.... and for being a Grandmother who will give her what little girls need from their Grandmothers.

I can tell you from personal experience, Grandmothers, even wealthy Grandmothers, are not necessarily the best person to raise a child. If she goes tot he mat with Larry over this baby, then she is likely to be cut out of this childs life, and I don't think she wants that.

I really hope O'Quinn isn't doing this strictly for the money.

Now has Virgie's attorney John O'Quinn) on - saying Virgie should get custody - since neither man was married to Anna Nicole, these are boyfriends.....Virgie is the grandmother of the child, she will get custody, she should get custody.....saying what is in the best interest of the child....

That whole diatribe from O'Quinn calling DL's father (whoever he is) nothing but a "sperm donar" should make it clear that he and Virgie are also in it for the money.
