Exactly right - shared custody - think that's been what they have been trying to negotiate behind the scenes (or LB has the child while Stern gets management of the money, the name, etc)
And that's what Anna's "personal physician" has no problem with - joint custody!!!
Virgie would not stand for it, number one.
And, yes, Stern's implication in the deaths of either Daniel and/or Anna will prevent his little dream of getting his hands on Anna's money through that baby.
I just hope Virgie has the money/determination to sue Stern for wrongful death if somehow he weasles out of the investigations going on now.

Now has Virgie's attorney John O'Quinn) on - saying Virgie should get custody - since neither man was married to Anna Nicole, these are boyfriends.....Virgie is the grandmother of the child, she will get custody, she should get custody.....saying what is in the best interest of the child....
Alright, don't piss me off "Texas" (or you either Virgie, I've defended you, don't act up!). I don't care if they are 'boyfriends', if one is the father (and God forbid it is HKS, even though we all know it isn't) the father is still the father. And being with a PARENT is in the best interest of the child.
If this is a tactic to get the baby from HKS, fine. But don't you keep that baby from Larry. Or even act like you are going to. You will go down fast in public opinion.

Yes it's sad that Anna and Daniel are gone and Dannielynn is in the hands of that monster but if you can look past the tragedy there's some wacky keystone cops shenanigans happening.

Have you ever seen any pix of Matt McC in the tabs? He always looks odd...he is forever doing pilates on the beach (where the paps can catch him). I just find him a little off...great looking but slightly askew.

Agree - Virgie already has a bad image due to Anna's hate mama video. I know she is not looking out for her "image" she just wants that baby with her. She has lost her daughter and her grandson and does not want to lose her granddaughter. So, I can understand her emotions here. And she WAS the only one who came out publicly to warn Anna - before the world - about the dangers of being with Stern and company AND about the fear for Anna's safety. And she was right!!!
So, I still give Virgie some slack and support.
But, yes, Larry should be the parent if he is the daddy..
