From the article... (Munroe is not Stern's Paternity Lawyer so he is just giving his opinion - but we all know what side Munroe is on - but Munroe also points out some facts that do not weigh in for Stern on the paternity)

http://www.jonesbahamas.com/?c=45&a=11898

The matter is now at the case management stage, during which stage the court makes orders as to discovery, filing of documents that have not yet been filed, answering of interrogatories, and other preparatory steps for trial.

Mr. Munroe explained again the matter of a DNA or paternity test; he did not think it possible under Bahamian jurisprudence for anyone to compel Mr. Stern to take a DNA or paternity test.

"If somebody wishes to discharge a burden, they can ask themselves to be tested," he said.

He told the Journal that Mr. Birkhead would have to do a paternity or DNA test on himself, and then ask the court to compare that with a sample of the baby’s DNA.

"And that’s very possible," Mr. Munroe said. "In our declaration filed as long ago as November I said that was possible here."

Asked whether it is possible in Bahamian law for anyone to compel Mr. Stern to do a DNA test, Mr. Munroe said, "I don’t see how they can. If he is not (the girl’s father) he has no further interest. What interest has he in who is (the father, if he isn’t)?

"There’s an interesting English case, where the English Court of Appeal ruled quite positively that someone in the position of Howard couldn’t be compelled for a very simple reason – he’s the presumed father. Unless somebody else can displace him its in the interest of the child to have a father."

Lol, please don't bring that phrase up.

One of our representatives (John Wylie Price) use to march/protest in the streets of Dallas in his spandex workout pants, chanting that phrase.

I was on my way to work one morning and traffic was backed up for a while. I keep wondering what the problem was. When I discovered that it was him and his group of protesters chanting no justice, no peace , I wanted to run them over.

The skunk made me late for work.

I heard that this morning on CTV and it bodes an ill wind for Dannielynn who, as I understand it, is not legally a Bahamain Citizen since her mother was not a citizen.

Anthony McKinney represents Mr. Stern in the paternity case.

Hopefully Stern will not appear.

Maybe, just maybe the skum will grow a pair and come to his senses and drop the paternity case.

That's right no one can force Stern to take a DNA test (submit his own DNA) unless someone (Larry) who is the real father of Dannielynn can displace him. Stern can be displaced once they do the DNA test on the baby. The child has the right under international law to know who her biological father is. She also has the right to her US Citizenship.

>>>What about the story with Kid Rock? THAT was interesting (if true) how Kid Rock felt the need to apologize to Daniel.>>>

It's some kind of po boy mafia type thing. He 'disrespected' Daniel's mother. It was kind of cool of him to apologize to Daniel for flipping his mother a bird.

STLnative is right. Our cat whose name is Cat brought a chipmunk into the house while we were gone. He is mainly an outside cat but comes in when he wants via the doggie door. Well, I kept smelling an odor as I sat at the computer here- not too bad but each day it got worse. Finally I got down and sniffed - really good - bad thing to do. LOLL We searched high and low around the desk here. He either had hidden the chipmunk for later eating or the chipmunk had crawled into my trashcan with the paper shredder on it to hide and there it was - smelling nooooo good. Thanks goodness for the shredded paper to absorb the whatever. LOLLL

What you just wrote does not make sense to me. Can you explain it better to me. No that is not a loaded question :-)

Just saw Larry on Access Hollywood and he was on his way to Opri's office and talking about baby shopping. He bought a crib!!!! He said he had on a hat and sunglasses and people still recognized him and was wishing him luck getting the baby. He seemed shocked. Can I get an AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW in unison??

Go Larry!

>>>OMG....nooooooooooooooooo....the only DNA testing in the Bahamas is a blood test. No swab. And Stern can't order it for DL because it's considered a "battery".....DL could ask for it when she's of age. VOMIT!!! >>>

Now we know why they went to the Bahamas.

I hope this wakes ALOT OF PEOPLE UP!!!

Dear God. All we can pray for at this point is that the Bahamas kicks that SOB out of there!!! HE IS NOT A RESIDENT. ANS 'was', not Howard K. Stern. Jesus, get that baby to safety!

"Nanny" Gibson is 71 years old. I wonder how she's doing. I'm in my 50's and I'm exhausted after minding my two toddler grandkids for merely a few hours.

I can't BELIEVE that the Judges in the Bahamas will cut Howard any slack in all of this. Someone has to stand up to that POS

Well it looks as though this judge does not play.

Three Life Sentences For Tourist Killer

jonesbahamas.com

Supreme Court Justice Stephen Isaacs sentenced Frederick Francis to three life sentences and a 14-year prison sentence on Monday for murdering two Austrian tourists in 2005, raping one of them and robbing the other.
