That's good because no mother should have to go through what she did for decades...
What I would like to see is some attorneys for LB and for Virgie to be doing what John OQuinn is doing and ANTICIPATING Stern's next move - being prepared to counter his "appeals" or whatever tactic he uses. That's what drove me crazy in the OJ trial....the DA's were always being surprised and were always going down the wrong road.......especially the "glove" that didn't fit - sheesh. What a disaster! Surely there are some competent attorneys for the good guys who can fight team Stern? But obviously HKS has the $$$$$$ from Anna's estate and the baby's inheritance that he has no compunction against using for his own purposes.....(but, as GVS said today - if Stern is the "father" he has every right to those monies.....but I didn't think he should have a right to her money since he was not her "HUSBAND"......anyway that's another matter and it's too late to go into.
That's right. The baby needs to exit the Bahamas ASAP...
I guess the only way to know is put him under oath, hear any coorborating evidence such as another witness or phone records and judge his credibility.
Greta discussing the inquest - tomorrow - will be an update on the Monroe motion to change Bahamian law - Chief Magistrate Gomez asked the jurors to recuse themselves if they thought they could not be unbiased.
Stern is only a witness - but a properly interested party - which RESTRICTS WHAT QUESTIONS CAN BE ASKED OF THESE TYPES OF WITNESSES - here we go again.
