He could be borrowing on the promise of 6% from the trust. And I'm wondering how much he has promised in future payoffs to officials. This stalling is not only ridiculous, it's an insult.

How Grandmother Virgie has to hurt - and I do hope she is battling the hurt with prayer and with her steel resolve. I hope she has people around her whom she can trust and who are truly supporting her and bringing her comfort and even laughter to lighten the dark moments.

I noticed when they showed a clip of her going into court, today, that people handed her a flower and a pink stuffed animal....she does have support in the Bahamas.

If he’s for real, I hope they don’t try to supress his testimony. Maybe he’ll be a surprise witness - #41 after HKS?
Does anyone know if the witnesses can sit in the court while the witnesses before them are testifying? And are they obligated to publish the list beforehand?
I think Vergie is gaining a lot of respect with each passing day. She shows up at court everyday and abides by the rules. I know my impression has changed.
