If he’s for real, I hope they don’t try to supress his testimony. Maybe he’ll be a surprise witness - #41 after HKS?
Does anyone know if the witnesses can sit in the court while the witnesses before them are testifying? And are they obligated to publish the list beforehand?
I guess the only way to know is put him under oath, hear any coorborating evidence such as another witness or phone records and judge his credibility.
