I couldn't believe (well, yes I can) that ET has run a clip several times saying - including putting it in writing on the screen - "taking a swab is degrading to human beings."

How many "human beings" are being swabbed here besides Dannielynn and Larry?
I'm not caught up yet, but I distinctly remember LB's lawyer, the blonde, saying that LB was assured by the Bahamian courts that if he was determined, by DNA, to be the father, then he would be given custody of DL, so long as there was no proof that he was unfit.
They look blue to me (especially in the top left photo), unless he is wearing contact lenses which change the color of your eyes. Maybe they are hazel?
Anna told the Shelley bunch and Larry that he was the father. Larry believes he is the father and just wants a DNA test. I don't for one minute believe Larry's motives were anything but pure...so, we'll just have to wait for the results to be revealed.
What's up with CTV and their 12:30pm special from the Bahamas. Don't care about this nurse.
They are insinuating on court tv that he has blue contacts.
I'm with you on this. First off, she may have been on drugs that caused her to be delusional (the Tamiflu) or paranoid. HKS could've taken advantage of that.
And i still believe that Anna was wanting to get back together with Larry and tell the cops what really happened to Daniel when she got to FLA. Maybe she was even planning to make a run for it in FLA. But she was drugged into a virtual coma stupor and couldn't move and eventually never woke up.

NASSAU, Bahamas - The lawyer-turned-partner of Anna Nicole Smith dropped his bid Monday to block the release of DNA test results that could reveal the father of her baby daughter when it appeared a Bahamas court was going to reject his appeal.
An attorney for Howard K. Stern withdrew the challenge in the face of skeptical questioning by the three-judge Court of Appeal.
All three judges noted that Stern had filed his challenge too late and should have raised his objections before the Supreme Court ordered DNA testing in the paternity challenge filed by Larry Birkhead, a former boyfriend of Smith who claims to be the father of the infant, Dannielynn.
Justice Emmanuel E. Osadebay noted that Stern himself had agreed to DNA testing and waited until a week after the sample was taken to file the challenge.
Stern is listed on the birth certificate as the father of Dannielynn, who was born in the Bahamas in September. The child's DNA was tested on March 21 but the results have not been revealed.
On Tuesday, the Supreme Court is scheduled to hold a hearing in the paternity case but the lawyers and officials are prohibited by Bahamian legal rules from discussing the case, even to reveal the nature of the hearing.
The baby, whose full name is Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, could inherit millions from the estate of Smith's late husband, J. Howard Marshall II. Smith had been fighting the Texas oil tycoon's family over his estimated $500 million fortune since his death in 1995.

They "can't say" what the hearing tomorrow is about, lol! I can't figure which things are open and which things aren't.
Gotcha....yeah, that is pretty funny. For the first time I think I like CNN's reporting! I think they said it was denied. I guess if HKS wanted to spend more of Anna's money he didn't have to withdraw...they could have found more reason to keep hitting him with fines!
Did you hear the Shelleys on Geraldo this weekend? They said they would win their suit against him to remove him from the Horizons house and would get from him all of the back rent! Uh, Oh!
