Thread Number Two
Good point!! I wonder what the rate is for selling one's soul. Stern is a trip. Where has Rales been lately? He's just completely disappeared.
Here is the link to the youtube video that shows the suite where anna died. Or one just like it.
HardRock .....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NeS_gb83l9w
I'm going through my list and adding in the new drug info we have from the ME on the ones found in the HardRock suite and their 'script names and dates.
While I was doing that, I saw where I had copied in some methadone info earlier that apparently wasn't true, now that we know differently. It originally came from a Star Mag report in a TV interview. A lot of the info from that turned out to be true and a lot of it didn't.
Just letting everyone know I'm taking out the line about a large amount of liquid methadone oral concentrate being found in the room. If I copy the exact sentence here again, it will show up in google - as it does now, copied 3x on tmz. Aarrgh.
There will be some more changes, as we learn more and I keep going through all the notes I haven't incorporated yet - they'll all be in the next revision.
Shame on TNZ posters for posting your work.
I think HKS will live to rue the day he kept that baby from her legitimate father. His life might have been much simpler if he had walked up to Larry and handed him his daughter and then walked away.
Yup. People were beginning to settle down after he did the DNA test and the autopsy result came out. The public was still upset but eventually I think it would have settled down. When Dirty Sanchez and Barfy Barf did their press conference, the appealing of the paternity, and the shenanigans with the inquest he once again became public enemy number 3. (Behind al Queda and Hilary Clinton)
I think that Sac also addressed this topic shortly thereafter.
Morning all...lots of reading to catch up on...but Geraldo is on again and I missed it the first time!
From Geraldo:
Laurie....Anna was trying to wean herself off of methadone!
She did see HKS give drugs to anna.
Couple who took care of the vacation home said there was duffle bag full of script drugs, anywhere from 50 to 100 bottles!
So, maybe she was detoxing and, further evidence of the 'duffle bag'.
Thanks!
Emotional? Amazing. Surely he doesn't have a conscience - that tells him if he had done an honest job of doing Daniel's autopsy, that probably Anna herself would not have died.....
1) As you can see from the HMarshall trial she used drugs to control this elderly man. Where did she get drugs THEN (KE?) and did she know HKS then?
Mon- Feb 12th 2001 from witnesses-HMarshell Trial- concerning HMarshall (3/4 down the page)
......One witness said Vickie got her husband in the mood for shopping by giving him Valium while visiting an expensive jewelry store. A witness said the drug left the 88-year-old Howard Senior slumped in his wheelchair.

2) How did H.Marshall die? Any autopsy report?
3) On June 20, 2006 E.Pierce Marshall dies of a brief but "aggressive infection." Any autopsy report?
4) Huh?? http://www.newsmeat.com/fec/bystate_detail.php?last=Eroshevich&first=Khristine

Judge Reprimands Howard K. Stern for Violating Court Order
Jurors in the Houston Probate Court may have wondered why an attorney for Anna Nicole Smith suddenly began sitting in the audience in the rear of the courtroom instead of with his client and the other attorneys at counsels table trying the case. The reason is that Judge Mike Wood became enraged when Stern confessed to the blatantly unethical, fraudulent and unauthorized use of confidential financial documents which were protected by a known, legally binding confidentiality agreement and which Stern pilfered from the courtroom to use in another case. The following is a transcript from the courts record of an exchange between attorney Howard K. Stern and Judge Mike Wood leading up to Sterns ban from counsels table. The exchange did not go well for Mr. Stern.
The Court: All right. Mr. Stern, would you come up here, please?
This is on the record, Becky.
[at the bench]
The Court: You filed an affidavit dated October 27th in the [California] bankruptcy proceeding, attaching a copy of allegedly Pierce Marshalls financial statement. You said you got it from Vickie Marshalls trial counsel. Who was that?
Mr. Stern: I think I just got it from the [counsels] table.
The Court: Were you aware that was subject to a confidentiality agreement?
Mr. Stern: It was not marked confidential
The Court: A confidentiality order this Court ordered that that document was confidential and could not even be introduced in evidence in this trial.
Mr. Stern: No, I was not aware of that.
The Court: Well, I want you to give your bar information to the Clerk, because I dont think its possible that you could have been here for as much time as you have, with as much argument as there has been about that document, that you would pick it up off the table here and take it and violate this Courts orders.
Mr. Stern: Okay, Your Honor
The Court: So give the Clerk your bar information. I am going to notify the bar in California, which is all I can do because you are not a member of the bar in this court, and since you are not a member of the bar in this court, you cant come in front of the bar, because you apparently think its possible to pick things up off tables and take them out of here, so just stay behind the bar, if you would.
Mr. Stern: Sure, Your Honor.
Mr. Cunningham (another of Anna Nicoles attorneys): Your Honor, may I
The Court: We are in recess until 11:30.
Stern transmitted the document to California where Bankruptcy Magistrate Samuel L. Bufford reportedly posted the protected document on his website to be viewed by the general public for a period. This incident and others by both Stern and Bufford continue to raise mysteriously unanswered questions about collusion between Anna Nicoles attorneys and the Bankruptcy court in the California case.

Sorry for this long post.
"Given Anna's weakened state it is difficult to believe she could have made it to the guest suite, rummaged around, found the CH, taken it, and then gone back to her bed. There were no prescription drugs listed as having been in her room, but were all in the guest room...
So, if we believe that Anna couldn't get the drugs on her own and flunkies said none of them gave them to her...it would seem like someone was lying."
exactly. And it keeps bothering me that Perper defends it by claiming to have questioned KE, HKS and Moe if any one of them gave her that last does of CH the morning she died....Why would he claim to have asked KE about that...she wasn't even there that morning?
I think Perper was simply overwhelmed by the celebrity of it all and 'bought' the stories he was told. It seems to me that any truly reputable ME would not be spending so much time accepting invitations to go on tv. A reputable and professional ME, confident about his decision, would have been unavailable to the press and not put himself in a defense position to be grilled by the media. He would have walked away from the cameras after reporting his findings. We don't see the Seminole Police answering any questions about their decision on manner of death.
And personally, I don't understand why the media isn't hunting down KE and riding her butt for information. Why is it we haven't heard a peep from her...why is she being allowed to hide from the press? I think we need to do a lot more digging into her background!
Thanks Sue! Never need to apologize for long posts...we have many, many of them here!! Good question about the drugs used on Marshall. KE had probably been prescribing valium for ANS, and Anna may have given him one of hers, which is illegal, or, KE may have prescribed them for Marshall himself. In any event, it is my personal opinion that KE MUST be investigated and come out from the shadows to be questioned about these things. She can not be allowed to hide. We also need to connect any and all historical dots between HKS and KE.
I was given an anonymous tip about the Republican Campaign contributions and find it odd that they were so minimal, and don't you? Even the donation dates don't make sense to me.
It may be the "in" that the Feds need if monies are due. 100 flags should pop up if they are paying attention.
More on KE from "PSYCH WATCH"....worth repeating!! Capping some important information. Also, this PSYCH site has many articles relevant to KE.

'Best Friend' Psychiatrist Lived Right Next Door. How Convenient.
"Anna Nicole Smith's Shrink Ignored Drug Expert's Warning"
"Fox411 has more news on Psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich. Even though she is trying to ride this horse for all it is worth, it is quickly becoming evident that Eroshevich could face some liability for her actions, and apparent lack of professional ethics. Here is the report:
Dr. Khristine Eroshevich is digging a deeper hole for herself on TV.
Last night on CBS Paramount TV's syndicated show "The Insider," Eroshevich turned up to defend herself against our revelation from last Friday that she had been giving Anna Nicole Smith a potentially lethal cocktail of heavy drugs including methadone, Soma, Prexige, Ativan and Dilaudid.
But Eroshevich failed to say that it was she who had written and sent the fax from the Bahamas asking for all the drugs. She and "The Insider" simply said who had received it: Anna Nicole's regular doctor, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, of Los Angeles.
And then, "The Insider" neglected another important fact: Dr. Kapoor refused to fill the order.
In fact, this column has learned even more: Eroshevich was put in touch by phone with an addiction and pharmacology expert at a prestigious local university. Smith's local pharmacist, who also refused to fill the prescriptions, put them in touch. The expert told Eroshevich that the medicines and doses she was asking for were inappropriate and dangerous.
"He told her she was in way over her head and that Anna Nicole should be hospitalized," a source who knew about the conversation told me last night.
Eroshevich was referred to treatment centers where Smith's problems chronic pain and grief over her son's death could be addressed professionally.
But Eroshevich would have none of it. Even though the expert warned her that the drugs she was ordering were "horrible combinations" and that one dose was enough to kill someone, Eroshevich IGNORED him.
Luckily, sources say, Kapoor was reassured when he first heard from Eroshevich, Smith and Howard K. Stern, that she was not breastfeeding her newborn baby girl.
Nevertheless, Kapoor was apparently horrified when Eroshevich told him, "I need something to knock her out." And the notion that the baby might be a priority didn't seem to matter.
"She told Kapoor that she hadn't bonded with the baby, and that she had people there to look after her," a source said.
All of this happened on or around Sept. 15, 2006, approximately FIVE MONTHS BEFORE Smith died. Because "The Insider" and "Entertainment Tonight" have paid Eroshevich for interviews, they are not asking her anything definitive or questioning what went on in the Bahamas at that time or from then on.
Smith became Kapoor's patient in 2004 after he inherited the practice of a physician who retired. He had continued the treatment prescribed by the prior doctor: a low dose of methadone for chronic pain.
"Hundreds of thousands of pregnant women are on methadone. It doesn't affect the placenta," a source said.
Many respected medical journals describe the safety of taking methadone during pregnancy. But the other drugs Eroshevich ordered surprised Kapoor, friends say, especially SINCE HE HAD NEVER HEARD HER NAME UNTIL THAT DAY IN SEPTEMBER.
"Stern told him Eroshevich was a longtime friend," a source said. "He said that they hadn't given Anna anything for pain after her C-section. And Eroshevich said she would be with Anna Nicole 24/7 and that SHE WOULD ADMINISTER THE DRUGS HERSELF."
Kapoor responded that he would NOT send them, and that he was particularly concerned about the dose of Dalmane, which was 12 TIMES THE LIMIT.
"Eroshevich told him Anna Nicole was really tolerant of Dalmane," a source said.
But after the phone call and fax from Eroshevich, he heard from Smith only one or two more times. The last time was in November. Smith died three months later."
The amounts sound like local loyalties.
Given how busy things have been surrounding her life, I would imagine someone's filed for an extension. My mother died in late March a few years ago and we got an extention, but I don't remember for how many months.
