Very observant, Jrabbit :) That is the Freaky Tiki Club bar that she passed out at and the same picture that Splash posted of her when announcing her death on their website.
Unless she's wearing the same clothes, jewelry, watch and hairstyle, that's the same place and time. Also, I checked the pitcher of water she dropped against the other pitchers of water used in their wet t-shirt contests and it's a definite match.

All through Howard's recap of that morning, he never mentions breakfast, giving her fluids or even lunch. That's probably the first thing you think about when someone is sick...and after being that sick...Food. And liquids at least are an absolute. And you would think that he would take her temperature.
