My Doctor is a specialist in blood disorders and he says that most women are slightly anemic.
I don't like the B Vitamins or Iron supplements.
I take a Folic acid pill EACH day. Cheap at Wal-Mart or Sams..
Google "folic acid and anemia" and you'll learn how beneficial it is for you..

Hmmm don't have those symptoms, but it sounds like I need to check on this. I don't eat a lot of red meat. I should probably check for anemia and start taking vitamins. AZ Carolyn would know.
Can ice chewing mean any other vitamin deficiency?

Thanks for the info. I have to take small pills, or at least gel tabs. Like I was saying, I'd probably better check with the doc, but I don't see a problem. Maybe I'll go online and check if they have milk thistle. We're out.
I guess I've quit hating Walmart, LOL!

Thanks to all reporting on Geraldo's program.
Continue to be plugged into the basketball tourneys going on - men's and women's (men's just to see who wins and women's cause UNC Lady Tar Heels are in the final 4).....so reading all this while watching FL/UCLA.....(sorreeee)
Just thanks for all the info everybody has posted and continues to post.....and just WHO among us is going to write the book to document this saga from a FR investigative thread perspective??? I know several here who could do an expert job....but it might need a collaborative effort just like the "investigation" has required - which, by the way, has LOTS of facts and also OPINIONS in it.....so food for thought.

I'm wondering about the trout pout, too - but no one ever seems to mention it. It had to have been done in The Bahamas - unless ... it was when they went to FL in January those 2 times. Maybe that was it.
