Accusation Summary The doctor, a psychiatrist with an emphasis in child psychiatry, violated the terms and conditions of his probation from an earlier offense. On 6/2/95, Bahou was placed on five years' probation, including a 30-day suspension, in case No. D-5472. He also was ordered to enroll in the Medical Board's Diversion Program for drug treatment. He had continuously been prescribing himself the painkiller Darvon, despite numerous attempts at treatment. In August 1995, he tested positive for Darvon. In September 1995, he tested positive for another controlled substance. He did so again and was terminated from the Diversion Program on 12/20/95. He was given a second chance but was forced to leave the program again on 1/15/97 for testing positive for controlled substances. By this time, his license had expired.
Doctor's Response to Medical Board The doctor testified before an administrative law judge that he had back surgery in the 1980s that resulted in him having constant pain. He started taking Darvon, became addicted and was unable to beat the addiction through treatment. He said he was living a drug-free life and was ready to resume his medical career.

You'd think he'd pay attention to Stern stopping the inquest.... (something I don't beleive he could do in the USA)...he really blew it not holding an inquest.
IMHO - we already knew Wecht was corrupt and (likely) bought off by Sterntoad.
Many held out hope that Perper would be "professional" and come up with accurate information in the autopsy. OBVIOUSLY as has been documented here many times now - and which Greta and many others recognize - Perper is either incompetent or, as just stated, purposefully committing autopsy fraud.
So, you're exactly right. Perper needs to be investigated immediately, including looking at his bank account, and removed from his position. And a NEW Autopsy must be ordered along with indictment of Perper for malpractice.

I cannot quote exactly what Dr. Perper said tonight on Geraldo about searching the computers but I got the distinct impression that HKS gave them permission to ONLY look at certain things and Sanchez was there with Dr. P doing it (per her press conference).
First of all, Sanchez does not strike me as very bright. The fact she even admitted to sitting right there shows that Dr. P and his office were not given permission to investigate fully without interference!

All these are questions that should have been asked on February 8th at two o'clock in the afternoon by all parties, individually, before anyone had a chance to all get together and devise a "story"
good grief...I did that forever and yes, did ruin many teeth. Finally found out I was so anemic I needed blood transfusion..numbers were down to 5.5, lol...and guess what...never have had a desire to chew ice again!!
