good grief...I did that forever and yes, did ruin many teeth. Finally found out I was so anemic I needed blood transfusion..numbers were down to 5.5, lol...and guess what...never have had a desire to chew ice again!!
You know, I did research it online because I chew ice constantly--crave it even, but I don't think I'm anemic. I guess I better check on that. Can it mean any other kind of vitamin defieciency?
