Dannielynn, a real child who needs an involved, responsible, committed father, has been reduced to an "inheritance" no father had an interest in taking responsibility for just weeks ago.
I will contact the guy and set him straight that Larry Birkhead has been trying to be involved since the beginning and filed court action on Oct 2, 2006 after Anna fled to the Bahamas.
Maybe, but HKS is a kidnapper! (at minimum).

Oh Really! What happened to "i gotta get back to my baby girl". Is Dannielynn really with Gibsons mother? or is she in CA too?
Wonder if HKS was giving Anna his Crohns meds too?
Hi onyx, haven't seen you since, probably the Scott Peterson thread. So you caught that 14 day flu? Been there, done that. Over Christmas and New Years. Its rough. I lost 10 lbs because of it. Baaaadd. Happy to know you're back in business. Continued good health to you!
Here's a possibility. Moe or Taz called him earlier than the 1:15 call to tell him Anna was in trouble. He says call me back if it gets worse. Moe calls him back at 1:15 and then he takes action.
I know it doesn't make sense given how badly off Anna was. But is there a possibility that Moe or Taz actually called him twice?
Or so we think; we are thinking now that something showed up on the videotapes that has the police requestioning Mo; if the baby bottle is true, I am thinking instead of going to the hospital, he was busy getting the baby out of the hotel (and the U.S.) and onto that boat, which showed up the very next night in the Bahamas.
That would explain why people were seen moving baby furniture and stuff out of Ben Thompson's house at 8 a.m. the next morning.
Can you explain this a bit more? I'm not getting the part about Ben Thompson and the baby furniture.
With Anna I think everyone did it. At least once.........
And here's ANNAther What If:
What if when they all left the Hard Rock (when we're told Anna was still alive and HKS and KE were going to the boat), they had the baby with them at that time. One of the women could have snuck the baby out the back way/security exit and put the baby in the car with them. They drive in the car to the boat with the baby.
Is that a possibility? Having the boat available was very conventient wasn't it? But how would he explain taking the baby away from her mother unless everyone knew she was already dead when they left at noon all at the same time?
Wasn't it Hannah Lynn?

Maybe Daniel didn't contact the P.I. again, but brought the business card to the bahamas to show his mother with the hopes she would approve and they would try to contact the P.I. together.

Here's something to remember wrt to the baby being in FLA. Moe said he had to move something for his brother....Could that something have been a "someone"?

You guys have a good day. Don't get sidetracked with the indian baby and/or the bottle.
Stay on the trail of Howard. He has a very small time frame to account for and he is the "person in common" in both deaths. There is no one else.
Note in particular:
1. That the pictures of Daniel, Anna and baby were taken on the night before Daniel died when everyone was tired and the baby obviously have to be brought from the nursery......VERY UNUSUAL.
2. Why did Howard go out for food and/or drink. Hospitals have vending machines. He didn't exactly bring back a gourmet meal. (Hint: He needed to get something out of the car.)
3. No one has mentioned "breakfast in the hospital" on the day of Daniel's death. A hospital IS NOT a hotel and it's mandatory that you feed the patients. I was a candy striper for a few years. Everyone gets a tray between say 8 & 9. (Did Howard go to the door when he heard the cart and say "I'll take it". Was Howard awake before Anna? and never noticed Daniel?? DESPITE THE FACT that he was in bed with his mother????????)
4. Why did Howard go right for Daniel's carotid artery !!(Not normal behavior for a lay person) rather than shaking him and calling "Daniel, Daniel....Come on kid...Wake up!! Get up.
5. We need the exact time when Howard left Anna in Florida and need to know if her mouth was covered at that time. The non-heaving bosom was Brigitte's first clue. Then "she pulled the covers down and saw her open mouth". Did Howard cover Anna's dropped jaw and leave...knowing that she was dead?)
6. The Methodane prescription came a few days before Daniel got there. Why was it ordered at all. He said Anna had been off of it for 5 months so we should have a FULL, UNUSED bottle.
Anna's email to Howard's sister appears phoney..."My due date is in two weeks but don't tell Howard's mom and dad". What's the big deal?? When we speak of due dates, we normally do that early on in a pregnancy. HOWARD wrote that email and likely there's an earlier email from Howard saying: We're going to have a little thing for the baby as soon as Anna and the baby are home. Will let you know. (Jewish family gathering). A more likely email from Anna would be: C-section is scheduled for .......(We noted that her last appt with her OB was on the 26th (a Saturday) but do we know that in fact. The methodane prescription was SUPPOSEDLY written on the 25th. (Was it back dated??) But it must have arrrived after he knew the date for the C-section.
There are way toooooo many things that say "pre-meditated" and few that can discount it.
Lady Justice is reeling right down.
P.S. I think the media is well aware of FR and our sleuthing. I hope we have helped in some small way with some small insight in all this.
What would strike me as unusual is if neither Howard or Anna checked on the baby back in the Bahamas. I remember crying on the beaches of Waikiki on the phone when I finally reached my kids in NY.
I don't believe the baby was in Florida. I do believe that Anna had baby crap with her. I always had pampers in my purse, in my car...just about everywhere. For all we know, Anna was using a diaper bag for her makeup. Now, you or I wouldn't need one...but Anna would.
The only thing that would make a baby bottle relevant would be if Howard's finger prints were on it and Anna's were not. That would make it "a plant".
Correct, and if they had the baby in Florida, you'd think they would have the BC with them as well. But the birth cert was 'stolen' from the closet in the Bahamas.
