What accounts for this other than pure negligence? or we they paid off under the table? He would wilt like a flower under a half hour of good questioning. Greta trying to find out why he took the word of the people who were giving her the drugs, I didn't hear a responsible response.

I just took a stab at the name. Since ANS painted and had at least one portrait painted of herself, I thought she might be familiar with the painter, Alex Katz.
This man could have been the inspiration for an alias assigned to HKS or there could be no connection at all.
I imagine Fox would love nothing better than Stern to bring a lawsuit... Greta would love to get a deposition for trial out of HKS, KE, Perper, Wecht, etc.

Someone this week reported that duffle bag was not in ANS room, but another bedroom in the suite. For that reason I don't buy her getting into the bag for CH.

Yes, and Greta thought it was "strange" and/or suspicious that Dr. Eroshevich prescribed the tandem drugs (the diuretic and potassium) to two separate individuals on two consecutive days. Could be an innocent oversight or consciousness of guilt.
Hard to defend a position when even you don't believe the words coming out of your mouth. I don't think Perper really believes this was accidental.. I think someone got to him and the the Seminoles don't want a murder in their hotel in room 601.
I was just going to ask that, saw it mentioned elsewhere - Lasix was one of them? Heart medicine? Horse diuretic?

Yes, in the guest room with the 3 beds. It might have been in the autoposy report.
It stated that there was a night table located between two of the beds. It did not state where the third bed was positioned in the room. I thought it might be a fold-away cot.
As usual she prescribes Annas pills in other peoples names..seems to be the MO.
Diuretic...water excretion..lose water weight.
