Why? Because it's not so easy to prove murder for someone who's a druggy, right. Being on Zoloft doesn't make him a druggie but when he's found with other drugs in his system it could make some people think he may have been on other drugs too.

Granted it's only an idea i throw out there. And i understand you like facts, cold hard facts. But sometimes there are parts of the puzzle missing and those are the pieces i try to find. Ok most of my theories aren't worth the finger strokes it took to type them. But sometimes i hit on something. This is probably one of those crackpot ones.

But way back i raised the question of whether or not it's possible that they used a substance on Anna that would be undetectable at autopsy (i remember that because i got the idea from an old movie that was on TV the night before and someone else chimed in that they had watched that movie too). Beyond that that theory didn't raise any eyebrows so i dropped it. I also raised the question way back of Anna possibly being detoxed in FLA. That didn't get anywhere either. Sometimes thinking outside the box is a useful tool in conjunction with the cold hard facts.

I just don't know that Daniel was around KE all that much in LA once Anna went to The Bahamas.

Daniel lived with Martino, not next door to KE in ANS's house - and KE was in The Bahamas a lot of that time.

I saw Perper on Banfield and she did a good job on questioning him - and I actually found hope in this interview. I haven't been a fan of Perper but he did not get all defensive when challenged like Wecht - and basically said that an investigation is only closed at a given time, but can always be reopened upon introduction of new evidence, not speculation but evidence. When asked what kind of evidence might come to light that would get a case reopened he even offered a couple - confession or videotape. He said he would have no problem going back and taking another look at things - as if he was open to new findings - very different than Wecht's attitude. He said he would be following the inquest in the Bahamas (through the media) - and would consider reopenong the case pending what was found there. When Banfield informed him about Virgie's lawyers intent to try and get the case reopened - he did not get defensive - just said that he will need evidence, not speculation.

Thanks. Good. I hope they followed standard procedures and the specimens haven't 'disappeared'.

Did anyone watching CTV today catch who on the witness list is supposed to say Daniel had a problem with Valium?

the Little Richard commercial and now the Caveman Campaign, GEICO has a brilliant marketing firm.
The one that always cracks me up is "so i put on some tangerine lipgloss and answered the door".

When Little Richard comes on, my kids (5,9 & 11) all come running in the living room and go "Mashed potato, gravy, cranberry sauce WOOOOOOOO". They crack me up as much as he does.

Lizarde...

The process that DDC uses - would cover getting Stern's written signature as permission before the swab was taken from the baby. So I would think it is a done deal and Stern would not have to be on the Cali court order.

Also again Opri said that the Cali court would accept the DDC DNA test results. (this is de to the "Chain of Custody" method they use)

All I can tell you is go to the DDC website and look around and read...

CTV correspondant guy said today that some one will say they saw Howard flush 2 pills back at house - someone else will say they saw same thing at hospital? I think even he was cunfused by this - it can't be right.

I totally agree about all of the previuos posts about Wecht and chloral hydrate - the smoking gun.

My 41yr. old husband does this - then laughs about it for like a minute afterwards - he is such a dork.

An court order is not required for the results to stand up in a US court. All they needed was Stern's signature when he took the baby in for the swabbing - DDC gets the signatures when they know the Test will be used in a court of law.

The DNA swab and testing worked out wonderfully for Larry. There is no way those results will be destroyed.

Yeah, the little Richard one is good too.

The thing that gets me about the "tangerine lipgloss" one, other than that line is just friggin hilarious, is the look on the ladies face. I just wonder how many takes it took before she could keep a straight face. She looks like she's ready to burst out laughing. Watch her mouth.

I heard it to. He said there were two different witness to Howard's flushing of pills...Thompson and a second witness, someone at the hospital.

There are two kinds of people in the world wrt jokes. Those that laugh at a joke once and then don't laugh when they hear it the second time. Then there are the rest of us that think when something is funny, it's always funny everytime. All my kids have to do to cheer me up is quote a funny line from one of my favorite movies and i bust up.
