That is too bad I think he would have made a good witness for Daniel. Maybe later if there is another trial for HKS.
IF the judge in California demands the results not be destroyed and supponeas the doctor to appear in California before him with the results then they will not be destroyed, but if the Bahamian court orders them destroyed and no court in the USA steps in to stop it they will be destroyed. Sad, but true....
Hey, if we cannot get him for murder, I'll settle for kidnapping and inter-country transportation of a class 4 substance (methadone).

Well, that was the purpose of my question. If Larry had control...we certainly wouldn't be waiting until the 3rd of April to get the results!!

You're correct. Larry has no control here. He is at the mercy of the Bahamian Court system (unless he takes Greta's advice) and HKS's conscience (does he have one?)
They just said on Showbiz Tonight the inquest may not be heard until next year sometime since they have to change law now to please Stern.
What would you do?
Would you wait on the Bahamian court to accept or deny Stern appeal on the DNA test?
Would you be working on having the California court to put a TRO on the DNA results (if that was really required to get them?)
Would you not be doing both at the same time?
Remember Opri did say if they had to they would have Stern held for kidnapping if it came down to that.
What Greta came up with tonight was not a new theory - she should have kept her mouth shut on national TV. But then again Stern was under a lot of pressure when he took that baby in for swabbing. The Florida results had not been disclosed yet and the inquest in the Bahamas had not come up yet. We don't know for sure what would have happened to Stern is he did not take the baby in for swabbing. Some talking heads said he would be in like what we call contempt of court, then we heard that if it was 2 Bahamian men fighting over a child in the same manner that they would not think twice about the judge directing them to do the DNA test, they would just do it. I don't think anybody knew what would happen to Stern if he did not show up with the baby for the swabbing because it has never happened before... but again Stern probably felt he was not in the position at the time not to show up with the baby with everything else possibly coming down on him at that time.
ET had to go on the air before they knew what would happen and they said the inquest would start next Wednesday. LOL, maybe they're giving away HKS's "plan".

By going Bahamian he (Larry) did accomplish one thing. The test has been done and it now exists -- but maybe not for very long; which means he has to move very rapidly in California to get a ruling to capture that sample ASAP.
I don't think Greta says anything she doesn't want out there, so perhaps this is already in motion, after all she knew the Supreme court in California is open tomorrow while all others are closed.
I love Pat Lalama, she said at this point she would love to personally put bamboo shoots down HKS's fingernails and watch him squirm.
The Bahamians do not have jurisdiction since the results are on US soil. The results belong to Larry not the Bahamian courts. It will be up to Larry when he wants to play the "out of jurisdiction" card.
No US court would uphold a Bahamian order because Stern signed off on the the DNA test and because they are now in US custody.
Now if the everything had stayed in the Bahamas that would be a different story.
Do we know -- is it in the record -- what agreement did this DNA Doctor make with the Bahamian Court when he flew to the Bahamas to take the swabs?
Larry does not have to return to California to get it done. That is what lawyers are for. Opri is still his lawyer in California.
Have you seen Stern in California courts at all since this started?
We need a legal US Court order and document in order to force Stern to turn over the baby or for us to file kidnapping charges.
I still say he did not hire a former US Attorney for no good reason.
No, which is why the will isn't being probated and the 9th Circus is stagnated on the case. There was a report last week they are ready to go forward on the Marshall Case but HJS and his Attorneys have to petition to substitute him for ANS on the case as the executor of the will... He WILL have to return to California if he wants to get any money other than what he is selling to ET.
And he can't very well opt out to Rale because that would destroy his reasons for holding Dannielynn hostage.
