You're correct. Larry has no control here. He is at the mercy of the Bahamian Court system (unless he takes Greta's advice) and HKS's conscience (does he have one?)
They just said on Showbiz Tonight the inquest may not be heard until next year sometime since they have to change law now to please Stern.
