Larry cannot direct the DNA lab to do anything. They are directed by the courts, even though Larry is footing the bills. This is why the doctor from the lab was to return to the Bahamas and unseal and testify to the results.. It's all about Chain of Custody.

IF the judge in California demands the results not be destroyed and supponeas the doctor to appear in California before him with the results then they will not be destroyed, but if the Bahamian court orders them destroyed and no court in the USA steps in to stop it they will be destroyed. Sad, but true....

You need to go to the website and read it.

The Bahamians do not have jurisdiction since the results are on US soil. The results belong to Larry not the Bahamian courts. It will be up to Larry when he wants to play the "out of jurisdiction" card.

No US court would uphold a Bahamian order because Stern signed off on the the DNA test and because they are now in US custody.

Now if the everything had stayed in the Bahamas that would be a different story.
